Not trust worthy. Temu advertise a price for the products, then they charge different price on the charged amount. In Addition when order 3 item the come 3 shipment with a delivery charge for each. Do not recommend

I have to say that I've been buying from Temu for over a year now and I've had nothing but good experiences shopping with them. Over 95% of the items I've purchased from Temu have met or exceeded my expectations. And for the other 5%, Temu has stood by their return/refund policy and made things right. I've purchased some excellent tools and appliances from Temu and saved money compared to what the same items would have cost if I purchased from Amazon. And the selection at Temu surpasses all other major online marketplaces. I'm a very satisfied Temu shopper in Canada.
I am extremely disappointed with the way Temu has handled my late-delivery compensation.
I had 12 orders that arrived late, and each one showed that £4 late-delivery compensation would be credited within 48 hours. However, I have only received compensation for 5 of the 12 orders, leaving 7 outstanding.
I have provided screenshots showing the evidence for all 12 late deliveries, but despite this, I have now been given several different explanations as to why the remaining compensation cannot be paid. None of these explanations properly addresses the evidence I have provided.
During an earlier conversation with customer service, I was also promised an additional £5 credit for the inconvenience this situation had caused. This has still not been paid.
Another customer service representative subsequently processed 5 payments of £4, but told me they could not process the remaining payments or the promised £5 and therefore raised a ticket. Since then, Ali from the Customer Solutions Team has responded, but the response does not appear to acknowledge or address the screenshots I supplied showing that the remaining orders were also eligible for late-delivery compensation.
Normally, Temu's £4 late-delivery credit is issued automatically. On the last three occasions this has not happened. On the previous two occasions I eventually received the compensation after contacting customer service, but this time I am having considerable difficulty getting the matter resolved.
I am a very regular Temu customer and spend thousands of pounds through the company, purchasing for a large family as well as other people. I follow Temu's terms and conditions and therefore expect Temu to honour its own promises and policies in return.
If Temu's policy states that eligible late deliveries receive £4 compensation, that policy should be applied consistently regardless of whether a customer has one late delivery or several. The fact that I have 12 affected orders should not prevent me from receiving compensation on each order if each one individually qualifies.
I am also disappointed that my emails and photographic evidence do not appear to be properly addressed. This has left me feeling that because the total amount of compensation is higher this time, Temu is reluctant to honour it.
There have been other changes to my account that have also reduced my confidence in continuing to shop with Temu, including the removal of my discount card and promotions where I now have to spend a very substantial amount before receiving the advertised coupon benefits.
I am therefore asking Temu to review the evidence I have already supplied and resolve this properly by paying the outstanding compensation for the remaining 7 eligible late orders, together with the additional £5 credit that customer service promised me.
If this cannot be resolved fairly, my family, friends and I will seriously consider purchasing elsewhere in future. After spending such significant amounts with Temu, I do not believe I should have to repeatedly chase the company simply to receive compensation that its own system stated I was entitled to.
Please provide a clear response addressing each of the outstanding 7 orders and the promised £5 credit, rather than another general explanation.
I, won't be ordering again at least until this has been sorted
Thank you.

Title: Misleading customer support and false compensation promises!
Review:
"Terrible experience with Temu's customer support. Their support team officially promised me a compensation of 20 Euros in writing to resolve an issue, but instead, they maliciously credited only 20 Algerian Dinars (DZD) to my account—which is a massive, deceptive difference and worth almost nothing compared to what was promised. This is a clear tactic of false advertising and misleading customers. Be extremely careful and check your accounts carefully when dealing with their support!"

I've had nothing but problems with Temu from day one. Can't use any credit given, unless you spend an amount Temu says. No help online with orders 6 days late.no help by phone. $5 credit given fir late delivery is a joke. And you cannot use any creativeness by Temu, unless you spend money. Complete scam company. BEWARE Temu

I was adding items to my cart just to compare and decide what to buy — I was especially interested in a solar panel and battery kit. Without my confirmation, the app went ahead and charged my account for everything in the cart, including items I had left unmarked/unselected.
I canceled the order within about 8 minutes, and the app confirmed a refund would be issued around July 27th. Two days later, I got a message saying they had refunded $160 — but my bank showed a charge of $584, because they had also processed the items I never selected for purchase.
When I filed a complaint, I was told these were "different sellers" and that the items had already shipped, so the charge couldn't be canceled.
I've also compared notes with friends who've had similar experiences: the price shown when browsing is often not the price actually charged — it increases by around 20%, and in some cases shipping is added on top, without clear disclosure. This feels like a deliberate practice, not a glitch.
If Temu is a Chinese company, this kind of behavior reflects poorly on a government that claims to take a strong stance against theft and fraud.
I would urge others to be extremely careful with this app — take screenshots of your cart before checking out, and monitor your bank account closely after any order.

You advertise free gifts, so, I place an order, however, when I go to check out, I'm told that I have to check out with a payable item, so I look for a payable order with a minimum, right? Okay, so I purchase an item with the minimum order required, place the order and I'm asked to repeat another payable item, etc...I've noticed this happening very frequently lately, but, after payment is made it's too late to cancel the order, so, if this is the way you do business, then cancel my account and take my name off your list. This is not the way to get people to buy. I'm really frustrated with this company. I've been with you for a while but I'm no longer able to do business this way. Please cancel what I've ordered today and delete my name off your list. Just give me back any money that you've charged me today. Thank you.

I purchased a barbecue through Temu from one of their marketplace sellers, Home Interiors Hinckley. The product was advertised as a "Kamado Grill" and described as "insulated", creating the clear expectation that it would have the heat retention and performance characteristics of a genuine Kamado cooker.
The item I received is simply a thin sheet-metal barbecue with very poor heat retention. It does not perform like a Kamado grill and the description is misleading. The design also imitates the appearance of a traditional Kamado, which further gives consumers the wrong impression.
My main disappointment is with Temu itself. As the marketplace operator, Temu should have proper checks in place to ensure that third-party sellers are not using misleading descriptions to sell products that do not match the advertising.
Despite providing evidence and explaining the issue, Temu has not offered a satisfactory solution or taken responsibility for the misleading listing on its platform.
Customers should be aware that buying through Temu's marketplace does not necessarily mean that product descriptions have been properly verified.

Temu can start by trying to be a bit honest for a change.
Be sure to make a screenshot of each and every cart before you press payment otherwise, Temu will rip you off as they change prices when you return to the main screen after the PayPal window.
I myself find it very annoying and irritable as I don't have time for this, imagine if you have to screenshot every order on every website....?
Not buying from them ever again - their loss, my gain.

I recently made an order with Temu for a product, then later found that same product, on a competitor's site. When I attempted to use their advertisements guarantee, I was denied the reasoning behind the denial was that they said that they gave me a price adjustment. But it was only for half of the amount of what the price was found for on a competitor's site. It's very frustrating when they site does not live up to their advertisements and they're guarantees and im very disappointed.

I’m really happy with my purchase—the quality of the product exceeded my expectations! Delivery took a little longer than estimated, but overall it was well worth the wait. Would definitely order again
What arrived looked nothing like the listing photos, materials felt cheap and the sizing was completely off from the chart given. Asked about a return and was offered a small partial refund instead of actually sending it back, which felt like the easier option for them rather than for me.

I think Temu should hire me. I’ve ordered just about everything from Temu. I can’t go anywhere, that people don’t stop me and asks me where I got my dress. I always tell them Temu!! And they usually say they are going to check it out. Temu can you give me something for all the advertising I do for you?
Thanks, Karen C
I placed my order; it hasn't arrived in more than a month. Alli says it is ready to ship. When I contact customer support, they say we have sped up the shipping process, but nothing has been done yet. ot recommended
