It's a bit hard to rate considering I didn't have to make a claim. I did experience a pretty badly bruised toe whilst touring the temples, due to the very wet and slimy pathways.
Overall the travel insurance was great value for money & I would recommend!

We have used travel protect twice and…
We have used travel protect twice and have had to claum both times. First time was in Bali when we both got suck and couldn't fly home. Couldn't change or flights and had dictors come to room. They were great abd refund everything for doctors and new flights. Second time was Vietnam and got sick. Contacted them and they emailed a list of doctors we could see. Entered the claim and documents, they also checked in to see how we were and we arrived home safely. I will only use them going forward. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Heading to Bali for a month
Heading to Bali for a month, Protect Travel was an easy decision to select after checking reviews online, it was down to Zoom & Protect but Protect was best for me & my wife re having a bi pass surgery 5 years back.
