Won't insure me, but will insure me....confusing.
Towards the end of my automotive insurance contract, I received a message that Huddle could no longer insure my vehicle and the policy will not be renewed. I then checked with the "compare the market" meerkats, which determined one of the most cost effective offers was from Huddle! So I just signed up for the exact same thing under a different policy number. No claims yet, so the customer experience there is still a question mark.

I find it very annoying and frustrating…
I find it very annoying and frustrating the way some customers are treated. I have been a loyal customer(silly me) for a number of years. I have top rating for no-claim status. But, every year that I renew my policy,the premiums go up and the value of my goods(car) goes down. Claim free drivers do not get rewarded for their loyalty or claim free status.
