Easy to organise and sign up and the cheapest premium I could find for my family.

It was easy to organise. Thankfully was not needed, but it covered the activities we wanted to do.

Affordable price for annual multi-trip.
I am glad that everything was ok and not required to make any claim.
It is easy to apply and I know what I got protected =)

We recently travelled for 3 weeks in Vietnam.

The country is obviously hazardous, however we had no incidents except the luggage.

My son's luggage was loaded in error onto a bus and sent by the resort we were staying at Ninh Binh to Lao Cai in Northern Vietnam (they were holding our luggage after our checking out at their reception prior to our train departure to Danang later that evening).

They apologized and fixed the issue and we got the luggage back one thousand kms and two days later in Hoi An central Vietnam! No claim required.

My insurance is for next weekend, but all the reviews I read online were positive. So if I need to claim, hopefully they will live upto the reviews.

Had a lost property claim that was initially denied however upon speaking with VCAT and the insurance complaints hotline to get some advise I reverted back with that and my claim was approved and paid. I do thank WAS for approving the claim
