Customer Service…
Had to contact staff to complete travel insurance from online. Details were lost and staff provided assistance in completing the policy and explaining all questions. Initial customer service excellent and above expectations. Can only hope if I have to unexpectedly need to claim on the policy over the next 12 months that the staff will provide the same level of assistance and knowledge.
