i got a better ticket for free

definitely will use viagogo again. My stupid ass decided to buy a ticket at the last moment - of course my only option was viagogo. My ticket arrived on my email 1 day before the show and it had a name of a different person on it. I did not pay much attention to it, but then I saw a message that ID check will be required for some reason. Me being a foreigner and not wanting to take ANY chances of not seeing Megadeth for probably the last time in my life decided to contact support team right away

Unlike I expected, support team is very fast and responsive, but he chat, that automatically closes after 3-5 minutes of idle is a pain in the ass, I had to re-create support requests like 15 times because they just automatically closed after 5 minutes of waiting - please DELETE THIS FEATURE

They changed my ticket, but it had a different name too... So in the end they UPGRADED my ticket to a front stage zone - I DID NOT BELIEVE IT at first, but I really got a BETTER ticket. The ticket did not have any names on it so I passed without id check

Got the tickets promptly and everything was great!

This is a complete scam. They had to send out our tickets via delivery. First tickets got lost in transit. Then after hours of emailing and reaching out to support, we were offered replacement tickets that were supposed to be “better seats than we had”. Ended up receiving 5$ tickets and the worst seats in the whole arena. We ended up going home instead. Absolutely terrible experience. Never received a refund.

Great service but I think they shouldn't charge service expenses when we're doing all the work.
They should also control the prices of the tickets

Scammers, provided false tickets 4 times in a row

I had bought a ticket to bad bunny through viagogo
The next day I received the email the seller had transferred the ticket for download in ticketmaster. But when I accessed ticketmaster it said the seller had cancelled.
Viagogo then delayed any outcome- investigating the issue for a whole night and day, and assured me their "ticket guarantee" protects me
But 10 minutes before the concert when I am stood outside the venue they tell me "yes the seller cancelled" and sent me a link for alternative tickets "for equal or higher value" which of course 10 minutes before a concert is NOT TRUE. The tickets offered were over 150 euros cheaper than the one I had bought when I selected my seat. But by forcing you to wait until being outside the venue they try to bully you to accept cheaper tickets noone wants for the top price you originally paid.
I chose the refund and had to leave which was so frustrating as had they been honest when the seller cancelled, I could have bought one of the many other tickets still available the days before.
I will never buy through them again

I have been scammed by Viagogo, as they have not paid me for a transaction made over a month ago, and every time they give me a different excuse.
The tickets for the event were sent on time, they were picked up on time, and I know the person attended because I was right next to him at the event.

Yet, even after more than a month, they keep telling me they’re doing verifications, and every time they say that in three or four days I’ll have the money in my account, but in the end, they never send it.

Maybe third or 4th time that viagogo fails to deliver purchased ticket on time. They don't care that you will travel somwhere because of concert/football match, don't care about their incapability to provide service, maybe the most harmful site because of their unreliability can cost you allot if you consider your expenses. Worst thing about their site is their support. They are responsive but that is even worse cause they are lying trashbags giving you the wrong info that just frustrates and wastes your time. They were making me sure I will get tickets on time, i didn't get them. Now they are making me sure I will get refund. Two months have passed and I didn't get it. In a nutshell, least professional worldwide service that looks like a complete scam most of the time. If I don't get the refund they will actually confirm that they are a scam.

Straight forward app. Ticket came on the day and downloaded pdf with bar code. Only issue which I raised with them is that it says you need to print out I didn't have the means to do so. Question their AI bot and it replied that I could just use the bar code on the download no need to print. Which of course is used by every stadium these days. Worked fin from phone. They need to update their need to print info.

All went very well. I had an issue retrieving the ticket (my fault) and the customer service helped me inmediately.

It was perfect! I scored tickets for Bad bunny the night before and I even bought tickets with side view and before they released the tickets I got a message that I was upgraded! It will now be my go to site for every event I am going to!!

SOLD tickets, got ripped off by Viagogo twice: Fees and exchange rate markup.

I sold two VIP-tickets for Primavera Sound. Since there was nowhere any sign of a fee for sellers I was happy to list them. In the end I sold them, but in the account it is shown that I sold in EUR and get a payout (on my EUR bank account for my EUR-listing) in PHP (philippine Pesos). The customer support says that is normal, because the buyer decides in what currency he wants to pay, regardless of what I want to receive. The spread so far are some 50,-EUR give or take. I have no idea what I will receive on the day of the payout (cause the exchange rate EUR to PHP might change), no idea what the exact Viagogo fees are (customer support also doesn't know), no idea what their exchange rate is (also that one customer support doesn't know or want to disclose) and besides fees and exchange rate markups, they also take a fee from the buyer. So basically they earn three times from one ticket and leave you with exchange rates of your bank on top of it. None of that information is disclosed on their platform! Seller beware.

They take whatever they want and pay you in whatever currency they want. Later I have to also accept the loss of money for the exchange rate of my bank, because they will have to convert philippine Pesos into Euros when the transaction from Viagogo comes in. Better use another platform. This is as intransparent and unprofessional as it can get.

I like that the price you see when looking at tickets for different seats is pretty much the price you pay. Pretty easy to get the e tickets onto my phone

Absolute scam of a company, dont buy from them. We bought Bad Bunny tickets over a year ago for his concert in Barcelona flew there from Vienna and viagogo kept telling us that the tickets would arrive on the same day of the concert and that it would be any time until 6pm. At 4 they sent an email saying they were cancelling two of the 4 tickets and will get the money back for them and for the second set of tickets we got nothing, no cancelation, no tickets, nothing. We bought 2 more tickets with viagogo as soon as the first 2 got canceled and at the gate they they told us only 1 was valid.
And on top of all this Viagogo gave us the wrong time, the concert started at 8pm and they told us 9pm.
We flew all the way to barcelona for a concert only to get scammed big time by viagogo.
Absolute fraud!

Everything went perfectly.
It was the cheapest price that i found.
The Booking process, paying, downloading the ticket and entering the circuit was perfect. Will definetly be looking for more tickets Next time i go.
