No tickets arrived. Even the day before the event they are sending message, that tickets are 100 per cent confirmed. Luckily they refunded money, but the same they of the concert, when they already new there are no tickets...they even told me, that its not possible to cancel and no refund. It is a shame as thry do not care about people. You dont imagine how important the event was for us, especially for my daughter. We travelled long distance. And as i am not a millioner, i cannot buy new tickets for crazy price. So it is really a shame, that it is allowed.

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SPANISH COMPANY.
I booked a ticket for a concert by the Italian composer Ludovig Einaudi playing at the O2 Arena in London on July 11th and this ticket was purchased (£211) almost THREE months earlier in April.
I NEVER received this ticket for months and months and sent numerous increasingly frustrated emails over the intervening months asking when it might arrive.
I constantly kept getting fobbed off by members of their team (in SPAIN) over email assuring me the ticket would eventualy arrive, all tickets were '100% confirmed and guaranteed' , this was normal practice, blah blah blah and that sometimes tickets didnt arrive until the DAY of the event (absolutely ridiculous when has to make travel arrangements to attend the even, book days off etc).
LO & BEHOLD on the MORNING of the concert (yesterday) after nearly three months of waiting, I received an email titled "IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TICKETS" . this was clearly a standard email they send out to everyone as it mentioned "ticketS" plural and I had only ordered one.
It continued :"due to a recent update in availability we're unable to provide the original tickets (again plural)...." and they offereed me a different one, no doubt far inferior and cheaper, and asked if I wanted it.
I was so insenced that all of their promises about "100% guaranteed" had been lies that I immediately wrote back saying I absolutely DID NOT want it and I wanted a full refund. Over the last day and a half I have heard no more about my refund.
I know who the CEO of the company is (not hard to find, they even give his work email address). Fortunately I happen to know someone who knows him and so I also have his home address in Spain.
I have told their team that I will be writing to him at his work email, on LinkedIn and at his home, to be sure that he actually gets to hear my complaint.
He will be told that unless this is resolved, I will be contacting the ICO in the UK, about his company, as well as the National Cyber Security Centre, Action Fraud together with INCIBE in Spain, the GDT (the Cybercrime division of the Civil Guard in Spain and the AEPD (their version of the ICO). I will also look to start legal action which wont be difficult as I work in the legal profession.
I will keep everyone posted about progress but I am not expecting very much
Order #2206150
I purchased two tickets for a concert believing I was buying them from the official ticket seller, as Hellotickets appeared among the top Google search results. At no point during the purchase process was it clear to me that this was a ticket resale platform.
Only after completing the payment and receiving the confirmation email did I discover that it was not the oficial selling platform and that the tickets might not be delivered until the day of the event. In other words, the company charges the full amount immediately but does not guarantee that you will receive your tickets until the concert day itself. How is a customer supposed to plan travel, accommodation, or transportation with that level of uncertainty?
As soon as I realized my mistake, just a few minutes after placing the order, I requested its cancellation and opened a support claim. So far, I have received no solution.
What is even more frustrating is that tickets are still available through the official sales platform, but my money has already been taken, and I am not allowed to cancel a purchase for a service that has not even been delivered yet.
As a consumer, I find this way of operating highly misleading and it has left me feeling completely deceived. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying tickets first double-check that they are purchasing from the official seller.
In my opinion, a company that gives the impression of being the official ticket seller, charges customers immediately, does not deliver the tickets until an unspecified date, and refuses to allow cancellation before providing the service operates in a way that closely resembles a scam. I sincerely hope that consumer protection authorities take a close look at these practices as soon as possible to better protect consumers.
We are already trying everything we can with the bank and local authorities, because of course we cannot even trust the authenticity of the tickets (if they are even provided by a company that have this type of posture and the lack of customer support). But we wanted to alert everyone else to avoid more people to have this terrible experience and kill the event as Hellotickets did with us.
Update: Hellotickets has now cancelled my order and issued a full refund, so I appreciate that the matter has ultimately been resolved.
However, my overall experience remains disappointing. I only discovered after completing the payment that this was a resale platform and that the tickets might not be delivered until the day of the event. I immediately requested cancellation, but received no response for several days. During that time, I had to seek assistance through other channels because I had no certainty about the status of my order or my money.
I appreciate that Hellotickets eventually cancelled the order and refunded the full amount. However, I still believe the purchase process should be much clearer about the fact that customers are buying through a resale platform and about the expected ticket delivery timeline. Better communication and a faster response to immediate cancellation requests would have made this a much better customer experience.

Do not use for your World Cup Tickets. Ordered a ticket for the Morocco group game in Boston against Scotland; paid almost $1,000 for it, got a receipt for the correct ticket but was delivered a ticket for Iraq vs Norway on a different day which is of no use to me. Despite repeated attempts to contact HelloTickets via multiple forms, providing everything I had, got no response, no communication, zero customer service. There is no telephone number to call. Worst customer service experience ever! Do not use - you have been warned.

Absolutely disgusted with Hello Tickets, my two sons paid for 3 tickets to a football match in London, the last match of the premiership season as a surprise for my birthday, the match is this Sunday 24th May and they paid for it well over a month before and were emailed saying guaranteed tickets and they would receive the tickets via email very close to the date. However yesterday so 3 days before we were due to go my sons received an email saying unfortunately our supplier has informed us that it is not possible to provide the tickets due to the high demand.
2 hours later they sent another email to my sons saying your match is just around the corner and you will receive your tickets shortly maybe even on the day of the event to prevent security issues. Please rest assured your entry is 100% guaranteed and that they hope we enjoy our experience. They then emailed hello tickets and said which email is correct and were emailed back saying so sorry for the confusion but they can confirm that the purchase is cancelled and a refund has been issued.
This was for a special birthday for me and my sons had arranged all of this for the 3 of us as a surprise, it is appalling practise to take money for tickets that they did not even have and to keep saying tickets were guaranteed, it is so disappointing for us all and has spoilt what should of been the icing on the cake for a wonderful birthday and a day of memories with my two grown sons.
I will be telling everyone i know to never use Hello Tickets as there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get what you paid for, lets just hope their refund does not take too long to be repaid as Hello Tickets have sat with it in their account for long enough already. The only reason i have even given them one star is because there was no option to give nothing at all.

Where are my tickets?
I emailed your help email last week and have yet to receive a response. I'm meant to be taking my disabled son to Manchester City, this weekend. I contacted Manchester City regarding access and they are concerned that the tickets are not legitimate. Please can you contact me immediately. Rather than disappointing my disabled child, and having to explain to him that his Christmas present is two tickets that aren't legitimate.

Although I received notification that I would receive the tickets (guaranteed) before the match (football match in Italy), which I understand to avoid reselling; I got contacted around 2 weeks before the event to send data about the people attending as it was requirement by authorities. a week after I sent it, I receive another (this time alarming) notification to provide the data. From there, I sent the data again, requested acknowledgment and contacted no less than 20 times over email, form and chat WITHOUT A SINGLE RESPONSE.
As I don't live in Italy, I traveled (I had flights and hotel bought) without confirmation I would receive those tickets. Same day of the event I got a notification saying you were working with event company to send the tickets ASAP... thing is that 3 hours before the event I got the tickets... the message indicated I should print them, imagine having to search for a place to print, over weekend, in another country, having to travel 1 hour to the venue... very stressing...
To put a cherry on top the tickets were WRONG, they were with other names, different from the ones I sent two times. I finally got the tickets 41 minutes before the match started (IMPOSSIBLE TO PRINT THEM ANYWHERE)... I could get by explaining this to the security controls... buttttt... when I got to the assigned seats, they were occupied by people with SAME ASSIGNED SEATS!!!! so I had to find an empty place to seat... definitively a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that I would never repeat and would never recommend Hellotickets to anyone.

This is almost a scam: you purchase a ticket for a very high price; you do not know the price of the original ticket or where your place is.
Then you discover that the price is three times the original price and the seat is in the last line of the stadium. We are aware that Helloticket needs to make profits and margin but this is opaque and a ripp-off, almost a fraud. Never again

I had a wonderful time on the Saronic Islands tour! The trip was well organized and everything went smoothly. Our guides Thomas, Anna, and Angelo were amazing – they explained everything clearly and made the experience very fun.
Angelo was especially kind and such a lovely person. He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed spending the day with them.
I recommend this tour 100%!
