Part arrived and was exactly as advertised. Was shopping around for weeks for the part ( pinch bolt ) specific to my car and Skruvat was they only place that had stock. Also was much less expensive than comparable parts in the Klass I needed.

Delivery time too long
Delivery time too long. It said on the website that I would receive the item in 2 days. It took 4 days. Got a message that the part would come to Sweden where I live so I understand that it is sent to my country. If you had been honest with the delivery time it would have been better.

I thought I was ordering both control…
I thought I was ordering both control arms for a skoda due to the wording saying rear lower control arm left and right. Which in plain English would suggest you are getting the left AND the right. The correct wording should be left OR right. Hence I only got the one. My order took over a week to arrive despite the site saying 2-4 week days. It was at one point going to be delivered on time but then was rescheduled and sat in the Karlstad delivery hub for two extra days which is 40 minutes away from the final address. I am now left with the problem of having to source another arm but need it yesterday so there's no chance I will be using this company. I also needed one front coil spring (one side was replaced recently) and could only buy them in two's from this site which is annoying. So ive got two springs and only need one and one control arm when I needed two. Its been a crap experience and I won't be using this company again or Bring, there useless delivery partner.

Skruvat DO NOT deliver on time and is very unproffesional.
Skruvat has a reputation for almost never delivering on time. I was stupid enough to order from them again, hoping they had cleaned up their act. Was promised delivery in 2-5 weekdays, have been waiting for 11 weekdays/15 days.
Whats infuriating is that they send you a message that they packet is on its way when the transport company confirms the packet havent been picked up yet.
They are superslow to respond on emails, their phone service is a low end AI of no value.
STAY AWAY. Its worth paying a bit more to avoid these guys.

Without an order number, it is unfortunately difficult for us to review your case in detail. Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe stated on our website, but transport delays can sometimes occur, which are unfortunately beyond Skruvat’s direct control.
When you receive a notification that your package is on its way, this means it has left our international warehouse. However, tracking with Bring is only updated once the parcel is scanned in upon arrival domestically. Based on your description, it seems your package was affected by transport delays with the international carrier, which we sincerely regret.
During periods of high demand, response times from our customer support may be longer than we would like. We are working hard to respond to all customers as quickly as possible. To assist further, we also use an AI assistant that can help an unlimited number of customers simultaneously over the phone. Of course, you can always request to be transferred to our customer support team if you prefer to be placed in the queue for a case handler.
We hope you have received your order by now and that you are satisfied with the parts. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service and create a better customer experience in the future.

Skruvats claim that part (1570043) is visible at website is partial false. Item can be found from Google, not skruvats own search function. Not even whit partnumber search. Furthermore this part was recomended by skruvat for my car.
Website for making complaints was fixed, dough.

I feel like I've been used, but they say the product has been used
The seizes listed for the products are incorrect. The return process is very long and difficult. I didn’t receive any emails after I sent the product back. I wrote to them again a month later. Only then did they respond, and they weren’t accepting the return anyway. They marked a product as “used” even though it was still in its original, unopened packaging. We simply tried to install a part, but it didn’t fit. The part doesn’t fit in its intended place, so it can’t be used. I do not recommend skruvat. Waste of time, energy and money
