This is the worst company that I have…
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. After being left without ordered parts that were paid for on one delivery and not being able to return an in opened part (wrong part sent) on another order I would recommend no one to use them. They hide behind chatbot and emails that are never answered.

Please be informed that according to BRV recommendations (Bundesverband Reifenhandel und Vulkaniseur-Handwerk e.V. / German Type Retail and Vulcanisation Trade Association - the German organisation responsible for the sale and manufacture of tyres), tyres are considered new for 5 years from the date of manufacture if stored correctly.
Please, specify what year is indicted on the received tires?

Hello, the scheduled delivery to my home was even more, delivered to the relay point. I pay for a service that is not rendered. I have to move 45' to go get my package. It will end up that I would not order anymore.

Everything it's fine with them till you have to return the wrong stuff.
I bought an exhaust kit but it's incomplete and anyway it's totally useless with different type of clamps and some antivibration things.
I wrote open a case on them about that and they asked me for a picture and that was all. Never heard about them, Now i tried to return the package but actually i'm not allowed to selected it from the list.
The packet it's in same condition like they send it to me. The stuff from inside the same. No scratch. No dirty.
I just open in an corner a bag from an antivibration thing till i realized that it's incomplete and incompatible with my car. Even if i checked it on their website.
I can return other stuff like oil or filters, but not this. Funny!!! Not. I really believe they did that intentionally after my review and tycket from their website.
