The delivery was late. The trace of the parcel was very incomplete. Had to drive 70 km to pick up the parcel myself. And when it finally arrived it was damaged due to careless packing.

I would have rated it with zero stars had the option been available. Order didn't come on time, they do not reply to email querries nor do they provide phone number to contact them. Very disappointing and i would advise anyone considering to shop from them to stay away!!!

Sell wrong item, doesnt take responsibility
The website shows that the item fit my car. I ordered it. It doesnt fit. It is too big for my car. I complained about it. They accepted return because "I ordered the wrong item" not they showed the wrong item. Called customer service, they dont try to help, they try to say it has been evaluated and that is my fault. If you want to buy here, do extra effort to cross-check other platforms too.

Excellent service, Fantastic prices.
Needed an outboard CV boot/ gaiter for BMW 5-series E61 driveshaft. Main dealer wanted £68. Could not find one at local auto factors. Found Skruvat online, part looks identical to original, paid by PayPal, cost less than one third and that even included delivery to UK. Arrived 4 days later. Would definately recommend this company.

My order got lost.
My order got lost. I am stuck in spain and you did not deliver my order. I waited for five days wich was the promised delivery time. When someone finally looked in to it the part was lost. You sent a new one but no matter how much I begged for it to be sent express you would not do it. I have to wait another five days, with hotelnights to pay. But ofcourse I got 200 skr to use at another purchase.... Really bad that you could not send it express since you lost my first order and it was no falut of mine......

Fast shipping, part not fits perfecly
Ordered part is not the same size as volvo original.It has fitted correcly, but air intake line has becamed shorther, and tubes are now more close to engine, almost touching the engine block, what makes me worry.

Although the order was not send , I am still very satisfied.
Of my last order a week or 2-3 ago, I recieved a tracking number , tracked it , but came to the conclusion that it had not been send. The tracknumber was not valid. I called Skruvat and spoke with Christian. Christian handled it very well and some days later the package arrived. This time I could also track it !.
