Don’t get me wrong the customer service…

Don’t get me wrong the customer service is amazing. HOWEVER their bike quality is pretty bad. I have had my gt73 pro for 7 months and if they didn’t Covor the motor and the forks I now have to get. I would have put 1k into it already

Good with a few exceptions

Bought the 54 Pro. It's been great with 2 exceptions.

1 I was out riding in the mud. The mud was kicking up on the rear fender which attaches to the seat, and the back 1/4 of the seat literally broke. Customer service said that could never happen a accused me of looping the bike and damaging it. They offered me a 25% discount on a new seat which I refused.

2 I was out with a friend and we were jumping over mud hills when the rear coil suspension broke. The adjusting ring pushed down and stripped the threads on the shock making it useless. Part cost me $60cad and took 2 weeks to arrive.

Great little all-around buzzer [GT73 Pro] ...

Great little all-around buzzer but when you need it strong, it delivers!!!
Have it over a month, real power house, comfy ride, throttle very responsive, I do not get the advertised (unlocked) max speed, but it is fast enough and I am enjoying it...

Very helpful support team

Very helpful support with advice on repairs. I would recommend having more parts inventory available in US warehouses. Shipping from china does take a few weeks but no issues.

URGENT - Riding Times company is a scam

URGENT: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Riding Times is a scam. They do not have any kind of warranty, they are simply ignoring all the responsibilities coming directly from the consumer laws in EU and globally.

After many emails back and forth they simply informed that they will not pay for the repair nor replace the product. The product (GT54 Pro bike) is 3 months old and driven less than 600 km and now it's completely dead and is not starting anymore.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a criminal report filing in progress against them, as well as EU Consumer Protection complaint.

I know 4 customers who bought the bike, and 3/4 have issues and everyone is having the same experience = Riding Times ignoring their responsibilities.

So, it is extremely probable their business will be halted at least in the EU area, so please do not fall into this scam.

Avoid this product

Avoid this product, They do not honor warranty, they sell you a faulty product, also comes no where near what the specs are on the site, luckly to ride 20kms on a charge not the 170kms advertised. My bike has 64km on it, 40km is from their emails and videos and pictures of whats wrong with it.

I purchased a Riding Times electric…

I purchased a Riding Times electric bike in December 2025, and unfortunately my experience with both the product and the company has been extremely disappointing. The bike became completely inoperable by April 2026, only a few months after purchase and still under warranty. I provided Riding Times with detailed photos and videos, and their team initially suggested the issue might be related to the clutch or motor.
Because of the conflicting information, I paid an additional $300 for a professional mechanic to diagnose the problem. The mechanic determined that the clutch was not the issue, meaning the company’s initial troubleshooting led to unnecessary expenses on my part.
Riding Times acknowledged the bike needed a new motor, but the replacement has been continuously delayed with no timeline, no order confirmation, and no clear communication. The bike has now been out of service for more than 60 days, and the company has only responded with apologies instead of solutions. Despite requesting either a refund or timely replacement, I still have no functioning bike and no meaningful updates.
Overall, my experience has involved poor product reliability, long delays, out‑of‑pocket costs, and a lack of accountability from Riding Times. I hope others considering this purchase are aware of the difficulties I’ve encountered.
