They are a fraudulent company that advertises mph the bike doesn't actually do. Overall build quality is good, front shocks are horrible, rear shock is solid. Rear brakes are terrible, fronts aren't much better. I'm. Just really pissed they advertised 61mph and when asked they respond with they know it doesn't do 61 with a person on the bike... But they still advertise 61mph.bad customer service, they just talk you around in circles! Buy something else.. I regret not buying a Surron!

The ride and the experience is very fun and also the manager of the Coswheel website is very responsive,Friendly,and helpful.Would most definitely recommend 💯

Don't buy this ebike otherwise you will regret a lot, for money you spent, your time and efforts. However the problem is with this brand, they don't have coc, or if seller sends to you one, it will be a fake, which you can not register at revenue as a new vehicle. Once you discover this issue and will try to send it back then you will see another issue to get a refund. I was fighting with them via my bank, so it took me to receive all my money 2 months. Seller is ignorant and greedy, don't care about buyers, also has 0 knowledge about EU consumers laws.

Prima di effettuare l’acquisto, ho contattato più volte il venditore per confermare che il modello Coswheel GT20 Max includesse tutta la documentazione necessaria per l’immatricolazione in Europa, in particolare il Certificato di Conformità (COC). Mi è stato assicurato più volte che tutto sarebbe stato fornito correttamente.

LA REALTÀ:

❌ Impossibile immatricolare: La Motorizzazione Civile Italiana ha rifiutato la registrazione perché il COC fornito era solo una copia stampata, priva di timbro originale e firma valida.
🚨 Frode confermata: Ho contattato EBROH (titolare dell’omologazione indicata nel documento), e il CEO ha confermato per iscritto che il COC è falso, con firma contraffatta. Inoltre, Coswheel non ha alcun rapporto legale attuale con EBROH.
⚠️ Nessuna soluzione: Dopo settimane di tentativi, il venditore ha ammesso di non poter fornire un COC valido. Mi è stato chiesto di restituire il veicolo a mie spese, nonostante sia inutilizzabile legalmente su strada.

📩 Le loro risposte sono state contraddittorie: inizialmente hanno ammesso di non poter fornire i documenti, poi hanno cercato di negare il problema, sostenendo che altri clienti non hanno difficoltà e attribuendo a me la responsabilità.

❗ Conclusione:
Non acquistate questo veicolo se avete bisogno di immatricolarlo nell’Unione Europea. Riceverete documenti falsi e un mezzo inutilizzabile legalmente.

Before placing my order, I contacted the seller multiple times to confirm that the Coswheel GT20 Max would include all necessary documentation for legal registration in Europe, specifically the Certificate of Conformity (COC). I was repeatedly assured that everything required would be provided.

THE REALITY:

❌ Impossible to register: The Motorizzazione Civile Italiana rejected the registration because the COC provided was only a printed copy, lacking the required original stamp and signature.
🚨 Confirmed fraud: I contacted EBROH (the holder of the type approval listed on the document), and their CEO confirmed in writing that the COC is fake, with a forged signature. Coswheel currently has no legal relationship with EBROH.
⚠️ No solution provided: After weeks of attempts, the seller admitted they cannot provide a valid COC. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to return the bike at my own expense—even though it cannot be legally used on public roads.

📩 Their responses were inconsistent: first admitting they cannot provide documents, then denying any issue and shifting the blame onto me, despite clear prior confirmation before purchase.

❗ Conclusion:
Do not buy this vehicle if you need to register it in the EU. You will receive fraudulent documents and a vehicle that cannot be legally used.

The bike is amazing at a great price has insane power and torque also has some of the best range I’ve ever seen because I gone on 50+ mile trips and the bike has never died. Also they have great customer service.

Das Mit Kreditkarte bezahlte Geld wurde sofort abgebucht. Jede Anfrage wurde zu Anfang nach zwei Tagen beantwortet und ein Trackingbericht zugesandt. Wie sich herausstellt, ein gefälschter Bericht. Ich wurde permanent vertröstet und mit einem Nachlass im Preis vertröstet. 15. Januar sollte das E-bike hier sein, seit meiner Anfrage meldet sich Coswheel gar nicht mehr. Ich habe ein Betrugsverfakren und über die Kreditkarte ein Chargebackverfahren eingeleitet. Auf keinen Fall bei diesen Betrügern etwas kaufen oder Geld überweisen.
Coswheel has promised delivery of the CT 20 e-bike ordered in October 2025 directly from China with a discount of 100 euros within 55 days. The money paid by credit card was deducted immediately. I purchased a Coswheel CT20S during what was advertised as a promotion that included a free extra part. When my order arrived, the extra part was missing. After contacting the seller, they claimed that no such promotion had ever existed, despite the fact that I had clear proof of it.

Before placing the order, I contacted the seller multiple times to confirm that the Coswheel CT20S would include all the necessary documentation required for legal registration in Europe, specifically the Certificate of Conformity (COC). I was repeatedly assured that all required documentation would be provided.

When the product arrived, no documentation was included at all. After submitting a complaint, they sent me a PDF file, which is not valid. The authorities responsible for vehicle legalization and registration in Portugal explicitly require an original document with a physical signature, not a digital copy or PDF.

I contacted the seller again to request the original documentation, and they clearly stated that they do not issue original documents.

As a result, it is impossible to legally register the Coswheel CT20S in Portugal and likely in other EU countries. If you want to avoid legal issues and misleading practices, I strongly recommend not buying from this seller.

Very disappointing experience, misleading information, and poor after-sales support.

SCAM WARNING FOR EU BUYERS: Fake COC Documents - Impossible to Register!

I am writing this review to warn all potential European customers. I purchased the Coswheel R19 expecting to register it legally as a moped (L1e-B), as promised on their website where they claim to provide "COC certification".
THE REALITY:
Impossible to Register: The Romanian Auto Register (RAR) rejected the registration because the COC provided was a printed copy without the required original wet stamp and signature.
CONFIRMED FRAUD: When I contacted EBROH (the holder of the Type Approval e9168/201311683 02 used on the document), their representative confirmed in writing that the COC provided by Coswheel is a "FAKE DOCUMENT" and that the signature of the General Director was forged. Coswheel has no legal relation with Ebroh anymore.
No Solution: After weeks of trying to get a legal document, Coswheel admitted they cannot provide a valid COC for registration. Instead of fixing the legal issue, they offered me a $100 compensation for a vehicle I cannot legally use on public roads.
Do not buy this bike if you need to register it in the EU. You will receive fraudulent documents and a vehicle you cannot ride legally.

Bought a defect bike and there is no service, support or help at all. Only buy this bike if you can fix it yourself.
