The Tuttio Adria26 Checks all the Boxes
My Tuttio Adria26 has been the best all around on road, off road, climbing bike! It checks all the boxes in what I wanted in an electric bike. I am 66 years old with a back injury and I look forward everyday to the exercise I get from riding! When I get tired of pedaling I can adjust the throttle to cruise at an exhilarating speed! I did a lot of research before selecting the Tuttio Adria26! My neighbor let me take his around the block and I was sold!! This bike is top notch no other bike compares!

DO NOT ORDER FROM TUTTIO — Our Experience Was A Nightmare
We ordered a Tuttio e-bike for our son expecting it to be an exciting purchase. Instead, it turned into one of the most frustrating buying experiences we have ever had.
Our original shipment apparently had a logistics issue and was never delivered. Tuttio then told us they had secured a replacement bike and that it was being inspected and prepared for shipment.
After waiting and repeatedly contacting them, Tuttio emailed us saying the bike had “officially shipped” and provided a FedEx tracking number. We later discovered that the tracking number was the SAME number associated with the original shipment.
When we questioned this, Tuttio admitted that the bike had never actually shipped. They said they had simply generated the tracking number and mistakenly believed that meant the bike had been dispatched.
After all of that, Tuttio offered us the choice of continuing to wait with NO confirmed shipping date or paying an additional $250 to upgrade to a new bike that could supposedly ship sooner.
At that point, we had completely lost trust in the company.
We honestly believe this experience was a bait-and-switch designed to get us to pay more for a different bike. We cannot say that was their intention, but after everything that happened, that is exactly how it felt.
What should have been an exciting purchase for our son became weeks of delays, contradictory emails, confusion and frustration.
We ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund.
My advice to anyone considering Tuttio: DON’T DO IT. There are too many other companies to risk going through what we experienced.
We are now hoping for a much better experience giving YozmaSport a chance. Hopefully our next e-bike purchase will actually be something our son can be excited about rather than something his parents have to spend weeks chasing down.
Tuttio lost our business and our trust.

Put in a warranty claim they honored it. The motor was completely shot and they gave me a new one.

We bought the ICT a little over a year…
We bought the ICT a little over a year ago and Shipping was fairly quick. We have experienced a few issues with the motor (twice), throttle and tires, but customer service has always been wonderful at helping resolve the issues! Downside is that receiving replacement parts seem to take a long time. Last part that I ordered took 4 weeks to arrive and then the bike was in the shop for 2 weeks. Other than that, my son LOVES his ICT.

Great bike great company!
Great bike, Great company all around. I own the tuttio ICT. This bike has been nothing but reliable for my daily commutes and long cruises. It’s fast, the torque is nice and punchy. It has a nice big battery so you don’t have to worry about running out of charge on your daily adventures. Not to mention, the customer support is awesome! They reply within 24 hours and answer any questions I’ve asked them. Also, they stand on their word with their warranty. It has been nothing but a great experience with this company. Through hell n back
I bought a tuttio ict second hand on fb marketplace and who ever had the bike before me put it through everything imaginable. He ran through mud, dirt, water, jumps, wheelies , ect. I have never seen such a broken bike. Guess what. It still turned on and ran like new and still hit 48mph now I’m doing something special to it but it’s really worth it. One thing though. The suspension is bad so just be aware
