Amazing e-bike, safe while providing enough power to have fun, a pretty good amount of range and sturdy build quality

They were super nice and helped me with my problem quickly, Edgar and dj helped me so much and made my experience a perfect 5 stars.

I brought a Macfox M16 for maintenance to get my brakes fixed and Dj helped me out and installed a Twist throttle. Dj made my bike reliable and in a timely manner. Great experience!

I bought a Macfox X7 L at a local bike shop. I love the bike. I cruise down the coast to the Oceanside pier. I ordered the back rack as soon as I saw that it was available on the website. That was over 2 weeks ago. The status still says label created. Still waiting for rack so I can put a basket on back and take my little dog along for the ride. Quality of bike is awesome and having a lot of fun on it.

Got a new X1S bike and a few days after an “upgrade kit” to replace the front axle at our earliest convenience.
Clearly a defect disguised as an upgrade which is a non trivial change

When we ordered our daughter’s bike. There was a promotion for a free bag that attaches to the bike. first the bike had a delay they said the truck broke down then the next day the bike showed up. And now for over 8 weeks and contacting and them sending us printed labels. We still have not received the free with purchase promotion carry bag. It’s the point of false advertising that has me mad. And worried me if any warranty needs to ever be addressed. Or ordering replacement parts if they ever will show up.

We have had to replace 2 tubes already both the front and back tube. Replacement especially the back was difficult had to have an expect come out. Did not expect 200 in repairs in the first week. Only street riding.

Maxfox bikes are absolute junk! Their customer service and support is just as horrible! Stay away from this company! They will most likely be going under in less than a year!

My sons bike that he got for Christmas 2025 is constantly having various issues! He barely rides it, mainly to school 1.3 miles away and back.

Hard to get a human from their company to help support any issues! If you are lucky to get a human they give you the wrong information and then they won’t answer the phone when you call back.(they can see in-call phone numbers)

Company prefers to communicate via text or email with issues. With long response time back.

The bike is awesome and it’s super playful and fun

The bike arrived very quickly and was easy to put together. However, the price went down by $50 the day before it was delivered and the discount was not honored. We were also supposed to get a free bag with our bike and it did not arrive. I emailed customer service and they emailed a tracking number but two weeks later, it has yet to ship out.

Hands down the BEST customer service from a company. Despite some issues over time with my son’s bike, Macfox, listens, understands, and supports more than any other company I’ve worked with. Thank you team! Keep doing what you are doing because it’s working.

I have been depressed and ever since I got a macfox x7 it was like freedom took my mind off of everything this bike also made me so much more friends and gave me amazing memories with my friends this is my first bike I ever started on and now I’m on a 72v but that got impounded and my macfox sadly got stolen this is truly from my experience if you guys send me a macfox I will make a public acc and have Luke make a video and tag you guys in it I will also be making videos or I will have hauliver also help because they have a lot more followers.

This bike was everything to me it’s really fun to ride 100% street legal and has really good range sadly I don’t have the bike no more because I got hit my a car but ☺️😅

Literally that's my favorite bike ever and to esay to wheeile and to modded and the frame is very good,.I recommend to ur son or ur daughter,

the frame snapped and broke as my son was pushing it, the cracked frame is corroded the metal is cheap. lawsuits pouring in other then mine i see it along with casualties from cheap manufacturer parts

Purchased a Macfox M19 electric bike for my 9 year told. This model is perfect for my child as a first time rider. Top speed of 16mph with front and rear mechanical disk brakes and light weight make this bike very easy to ride for a child. Once you get used to the twist throttle you will be a pro rider! We have to other Macfox bikes (x1s models) and my kiddo wanted one to match ours. Needless to say she’s in love with her bike and wants to ride daily. Thank you Macfox for a great product…looking forward for many years of fun with our e-bikes.

I left a review a few months ago and it said i would get a complimentary accessory for my macfox. I never did get the complimentary accessory.

The bike is very nice after 500 miles it still rides nice, has decent range, and it has been a good experience so far with my only issue being the fact that sometimes the motor has pushed itself over its speed limit randomly

We actually need help because the bike stopped working in throttle setting three. Only three, no throttle, not peddle assist, the brakes continue to work normally, one and two work fine. Please help.
