Bikes have held up through some rough terrain, with some spills and thrills

Rear axle and drive motor are not parallel, no matter what adjustments are made. Cannot pedal 50 feet without the chain falling off. It is unusable. My husband has worked on heavy equipment all his life, but is unable to fix it. We asked an e-bike dealer to look at it, he also was not able to fix it. I should have given this a one star because it is unusable.

I received this trike last September, the only problem that I have had was one of the batteries, made a call to Puckipuppy an they quickly sent me a new one with no worries. I have 2300 miles on it, now ready for another 2300 miles.

Because they don’t rust proof their bikes, and they don’t cover damage caused by rust, my bike is literally disintegrating from the inside out and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m out $2000.

I purchased my Puckipuppy Bulldog with cadence sensing about one year ago. I chose the Bulldog because it has 2 in-frame batteries and a 750W motor. The dual battery section of the frame is a single aluminum casting having no weld-bead trace as does other dual battery in-frame bike manufacturers. Simply beautiful! I get all kinds of compliments on the rugged appearance of my Bulldog. I ride my bulldog almost every morning up and down A-1-A in Jupiter, Florida, on a fifty mile coast run. Since the date of purchase, I have put about 7,000 miles on my Bulldog, and have experienced all kinds of weather conditions including downpours. I have also transported and stored my Bulldog on the back of my RV while keeping it covered with a tarp. The Bulldog has proven to be reliable even under this type of exposure. Keep in mind that the Bulldog stands tall and that you need to be a real man in order to straddle the frame without singing soprano. I have also purchased a complete set of spare electrical components just in case there occurs supply chain disruptions with China. I have purchased everything from extra batteries, to speed controllers, to displays. This is something that every bike owner should do regardless of the manufacturer of their bike. Even though the Puckipuppy website does not display a large selection of spare parts, Puckipuppy Support has allowed me to purchase every spare part that I can think of. The availability of spare parts is an very important item to consider when investing in an e-bike.

Amazing Bike, very stable on wet rocks and 3-6 inches of snow cruzing skids roads during hunting season. The accessory racks, fenders and lights great as well. I haven’t had one problem with my Labrador at all. Thank you for an Amazing bike.

I really like my bike. when I started looking I was overwhelmed and worried I would buy a bike and be disappointed. I was not. I wanted to enjoy riding and get some exorcise as I was doing it. I am 54 and really enjoyed riding as a child but was still concerned about "those hills" I am no longer afraid of them. I don't use all the modes to help me because I am trying to get into better shape, but they are good when I need them. They allow me to see more places because I'm not worried about going too far and regretting it as I am on my way back. after a few days of ridding my wife wanted to try mine (Golden R Pro) she liked it but was a little tall for her so we got her the labrador Pro ST.
the real reason I am writing this review is to give information to people who are wondering what to buy. the ones we have bought are working great and opening up land for us to ride.

I have had this bike for two years and it’s a fun bike but it is super heavy and I do recommend going much lighter … but it’s def a fun bike and worth it but I will purchase a lighter bike next time . I originally put two stars and didn’t take in account all the use I had out of it . Overall it’s 4

The bulldog is a great bike! It's fast and feels very durable. I had a problem with the front bearing and after sending them a video of the issue they took care of it.

We were apprehensive about making such a large online purchase. But, when we received the bikes, we bought a Boxer and a Poodle, we were pleasantly surprised……they are very well made. They came with loads of accessories. The shipping is fast. We’ve not ridden them a lot yet, as we purchased them for a trip next month, but so far we LOVE them. We’ve not needed customer service yet, so I can’t speak to that. Don’t hesitate to purchase one of these bikes!
