Jeg købte to Engwe N1 Pro elcykler fra wheelriders.dk og havde en rigtig god oplevelse. Kundeservicen var hurtig og hjælpsom, og prisen var den bedste sammenlignet med andre hjemmesider. Betalingen foregik via bankoverførsel (ikke online kortbetaling), men det gik helt problemfrit.

Selvom lageret først sendte den forkerte cykelmodel, reagerede Wheelriders hurtigt og sendte den rigtige uden problemer. Leveringstiden var endda hurtigere end lovet. Alt i alt er jeg meget tilfreds med mit køb og servicen!

I bought two Engwe N1 Pro E-bikes from wheelriders.dk and had a really good experience. Their customer support was responsive, helpful, and the price was the best I could find compared to other websites. The payment was done via bank transfer (not online card payment), but everything went smoothly.

Although the warehouse initially sent the wrong bike model, Wheelriders quickly responded and arranged a replacement without any hassle. The delivery time was even faster than they promised. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and the service!

Have great experience with Søren, the guy keeps his word, and deliver the goods, widest choice of electric bike's, the payment is a little bit weird but it's working and it's easy, good luck with everything ✌️😎

I think it's not even bold to say that it was the best purchase and one to one communication I had so far with any company I've been buying things from. Soren was so responsive to all my emails, even during the weekends, that it absolutely put all the Tinder chats I've got with girls into a shade ;-) Bike was delivered in perfect condition and it works as a charm! HIGHLY recommend any business with this company, which perfectly represent a great combination of quality and communication.

I am really satisfied. Scooter delivered in double box. Søren answers every message and guides perfectly through the purchase process. The fact that it is a strange way of transaction, which gave a lot to think about whether it is not a scam. Scooter arrived very quickly, the quality of the equipment is perfect, very easy assembly and a really satisfying pleasure of use.

Kinda strange payment method, but after reading reviews here decided to try, great service, Søren very nice person as well, fast delivery and good service. Bought Engwe Ep-2 pro.

The bicycle fenders are not suitable to the type of bike i ordered (samebike MY-SM26),
Moreover, the max. speed on a plane surface was 25.4 km/ h without pedaling,
The front brake wasnt well adjusted, the disk tuch the brake garniture.

Im really happy about the great service from Søren. I bought my bike(Bezior XF200) through Søren and it was so quick and went so good. Payment method was directly bank transfer and can trust it and succesful without any problem. I highly recomend buying from wheelriders.dk

Customer service was fantastic and response time can be measured in minutes. Received constant updates about the status of delivery and even received some extra brake pads and a screen sun protector due to few day delay. Payment process was a bit odd, but the prices are far lower than competitors. Would definetly recommend.

Really nice service, Søren keeps you updated throughout the whole process and is readily available. I guess the payment methods were a bit odd, but nothing scammy here. Would buy again!

I was a bit suspicious about the payment method but it turned out to be genuine. I got my e-scooter faster than I expected. Only downside is that the website did not always show the correct number of products in store due to a high number of orders going through at the time I was looking.

Customer service was better than I could reasonably expect. I had an issue with my product and sent an e-mail very late in the evening. I still got a response immediately and again very early the following morning. We managed to resolve the issue together.

I haven't bought anything yet, so my experience is very limited, but I had a very fruitful and constructive discussion with Søren, regarding the scooters I was considering.

We've recently purchased an electric bike from here. The purchasing process is just as described on the website and everything went smoothly. We were familiar with the model of the bike as we already had a previous model of the same bike. The price of the bike was better than any other website I found and shipping was really fast too! I have to admit, that the purchasing process on the website was a bit unconventional, and the positive reviews on Trustpilot played a big role in me deciding to go ahead with the purchase. It also helped that the owner reached out immediately after we made the purchase and was updating us on every step of the process. I definitely recommend, the prices are unbeatable!

This is a scam, the product sold, wasnt the one delivered...

I have bought a Shingmilo 1000W via wheelriders.dk around 2 months ago and the ebike arrived at my place after 2 weeks. A lot was pre-installed, and only a few screws had to be fastened. Riding this bike is very fun and it’s just a fantastic experience.
