I had a good experience with Banggood
I had a good experience with Banggood. The product was surprisingly good and very well made. I would buy from them again. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because communication is so slow because of the time difference. I had an issue that I caused by changing my order after it was accepted and they handled it very well. Refunded my money instantly and efficiently handled the new order. Shipping was so fast- 3 days! I just think that a company that sells in the US should have US Customer Service Hours - so you don't get email responses at 3AM.

The two baofeng radios came in a sealed package with only one antenna. I tried to file a dispute, filled all the required details, but the app would not let me submit it . No error message, just did not do it.

Scam site
I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and apparently the items I have ordered are out of stock yer on website shows as available. Tried to get refunded and no chance. They send me an email with 2 options: one to wait until products are back in stock, second to get a refund by pressing an included option available for 72 hours. That option never worked. Tried several times, impossible, forwarded me to chat with a bot. Scam site.
