Really worthy

Needed a surround sound system to improve the performance of my new TV for movies so approached Richer Sounds again. Decided to use their telesales this time to save me a trip to the local store. The phone was answer quickly and the member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a SONOS system including speaker stands over the phone. Delivered the very next day! Excellent service, excellent products at a competitive price!

The main aspect that impressed me about this radio purchase from Richer Sounds Stockport was being able to pick it up from the store at my convenience, i.e. no waiting in for long periods for delivery vans to turn up at my home. The item arrived at the store within 24 hours of ordering.
The great thing about Richer Sounds stores is the real service that i have received for going on 30 years now.

Telephone order took ages to make, order then went into limbo and i had to ring near the expected delivery date to kick start the process. However, the service after that was splendid.

It was easy to order my product which I got at a great price by joining the vip club for free, The delivery went well so all was good 5 stars from me.

Ordered a TCL TV from Richer Sounds

Nice and easy ordering and only one slight hiccup with delivery sorted really quickly with customer services. Delivery date missed so given refund of delivery fees and prioritised for next day delivery.

Mistakes happen but this was corrected at no further inconvenience to me which i appreciated.

I recently purchased a Denon AVR-X2800H from the Richer Sounds Liverpool store and couldn't be happier with the service I received.

A special thanks to Diego and the rest of the team for their patience, advice and professionalism throughout the process. I spent quite a bit of time comparing different AV receivers, speakers and prices, and at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy. Every question I had was answered promptly and honestly, and they were happy to provide quotes while I weighed up my options.

The week before Christmas we had an issue with our TV purchased just over a year earlier. When it couldn't be repaired in time for Christmas we were given a credit to purchase a brand new (and updated) equivalent with free next day delivery - and a guarantee starting from scratch. Unbelievable and unbeatable service!

Great delivery service from Richer sounds. Notified of a 3h window 24h before and the guys came at the expected time, also giving 10 mins notice by phone on the day. Zak &Ian carefully bought the order up to my flat. Much better service than the normal delivery companies.
