The product is of poor quality
The product is of poor quality, it arrived late and was very damaged. The corners of the poster are folded, the poster is dented and creased. It was a waste of money. They are very slow to respond and rectify. I will not use nor recommend posterbox to anyone

My first order was lost by DHL but Posterbox sent a replacement. It arrived very quickly and I'm very happy with the poster. When I contacted Posterbox about the missing package they were helpful and communicated well while handling my claim. I would definitely buy from PB again.

I initially gave a poor review as the products took weeks to come and then I got no response trying to return them as they came too late, I have since had this rectified and an apology for the time it took to sort so they came through in the end

Worst customer experience ever..
Worst customer experience ever... First they send my package to the wrong person. It was picked up somewhere in Sweden (I live in DK). Then shipping was a shitshow between DHL and DAO. No one gave me information. I needed to contact customer service with all three companies to finally recieve the poster. The colours are bad, so I don't want it. And now I need to pay 129 kr. to return it. Apparently the return process is just a clear contact form from their website. Let's see how it goes...

Unfortunately, your first shipment was misdelivered by the carrier, and the replacement delivery did not go as smoothly as it should have. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we sent a new package and ultimately chose to provide a full refund without requiring a return, so you wouldn’t have to spend any more time on this.

These collages made by Posterbox are one of the gifts that my friends value more than any material gift; they are memories printed in a beautiful framed collage.
I've already placed two orders, and the quality is very good, with fast service and delivery. It took 2-3 days, considering that I'm in Spain.
I'm very happy with the product and service.

Ink Black & White World Map Poster
I ordered a black & white ink world map. When it first arrived, there was a mistake.
However, I contacted Posterbox who were extremely polite and apologetic. They very promptly sent a replacement which is absolutely perfect. There was lots of clear communication along the way.

I received my framed prints and I was shocked with the quality of the prints and it was better than I thought I would receive. Very happy especially when my guests have great comments to say when they see them on my wall.

Ordered two different prints 70x50 that I wanted framed, the first one was no problem to place an order for. But for the second one I needed som assistance and the team at Posterbox was very quick and friendly to respond and solve the problem.
