False advertising on delivery fees
Prints are good and frames are nice but they falsely advertise that they cover free shipping for orders above €79. You get screwed at checkout and they don’t even specify why. They just not the package is large. Can’t add a screenshot which shows their delivery T&Cs but verbatim at time of review they state
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are 5,95 €. For orders over 79 € we cover the delivery costs for you.
The exact costs depend on the product and format and will be displayed in your basket before you place your order.
Shipping methods
Depending on the size of your order, we will ship it with a parcel service or a freight carrier. Almost every parcel comes with a tracking number, which you will of course receive by e-mail so you can keep track of your delivery at any time.
Delivery by freight carrier
Products that are particularly large are delivered by truck ‘to the kerbside’. This means the driver will leave your order in front of your house and not carry it to your flat door.
To allow the freight carrier to arrange a delivery date with you, please provide a telephone number during the ordering process.
On querying they state it doesn’t fall under ‘standard’ deliveries. No mention of it as per above and nothing outlining what constitutes a ‘standard delivery’

As we have explained in our previous communication, particularly large items need to be shipped by a freight carrier and are therefore subject to an additional shipping charge. This charge is clearly displayed during checkout before an order is placed, so the total cost can be reviewed before completing the purchase.
However, we understand your point that our delivery information did not explain the distinction between standard parcel delivery and freight shipping clearly enough. We have taken your feedback seriously and have since updated the information on our website to make these conditions more transparent.

The price of the print is high and it's definitely not worth it. The frame is made of dirty plastic instead od glass and looks disgusting. After the purchase I had to buy another frame for the picture.

Please note that we use acrylic glass rather than real glass for our framed prints. This significantly reduces the risk of breakage and damage during transport. This information is also stated in the product details on our website.

Arrived damaged, poor quality frame
I ordered a 100 x 70cm framed poster for more than £90. The poster arrived damaged with the frame burst and the glass cover shattered in the corner. The frame looked very flimsy and poor quality. I contacted customer service and the only options they gave were a 30% discount or a free replacement so long as I return the product to them, which isn’t easy to do with such a big item. We’re now looking into buying an alternative, better quality frame from elsewhere - not impressed.
