Fab service

Hugh choice & found exactly what I wanted simple to order, fully informed of order despatch & delivery date. Plus on delivery the prints were far better than I expected. Great service, great price what more can you ask for.

Excellent quality of the prints

Excellent quality of the print. Big selection of prints to order.

On the negative side, it takes the company quite long to dispatch the order, no info on when the order will arrive before it is in destination country.
Delivery in one week from order placement.

Unfortunately ordered print and never…

Unfortunately ordered print and never received. Raised case with fedex and also copied to Printr who basically said 'not our problem, deal with courier` i explained as i had contacted courier and raised case they should follow up. No response as yet, real shame they don't take responsibility for items lost in transit, which is 100% sellers responsibility! Also gutted not to receive the print i ordered. UPDATE In response to the company below - I have emailed Printler customer service twice, the only single response says - contact Fedex (have you ever tried to contact Fedex?!) but I did provide a case reference as I had gone through their complaints. No help forthcoming even when I twice explained situation. Hence the 'its not our problem' attitude. Order number is 1395764 to verify this is authentic experience.

We print all Art straight from the original file from the artist, to make sure that it's reproduced in the best of ways; exactly according to the artist's wish. We never make any changes in the artworks, but naturally we're going through all art and making sure the quality is good enough to be printed.
