The service was great
The service was great. Easy to order on-line. Communication re delivery was very good. Delivery was well within the timeframe they said it would be. Delivery man was polite, and very helpful. I would highly recommend Kogan and their delivery service team.

I have contacted customer care 4 times, but still the issue hasn't been resolved.
I have been given a job number, but still nothing... its been weeks.

Bought a machine on Kogan that promises delivery in 4 days. It took the seller 5 days to post item and now it's been sitting in customs for 27 days.
Seller has also DOUBLED the cost of the listed item since I purchased. They are not communicating with me and trying to get a refund is absolutely frustrating with so many hoops to jump through.
Stay away from Kogan. 3rd party sellers are nothing but a nightmare to deal with. I am now fighting to get my money back and not a store credit.
They march to the beat of their own drum and have this stitched! Nothing but a scam!!!
