They signed us up for an annual membership without our knowledge. We didn't realize it until after they'd charged us the annual $129 twice.

I placed an order for a computer monitor on Monday 24th and from the time order was placed until it was delivered today 26th, I was kept informed on each stages and received the order in 2 days. Very professional and excellent customer service

The pricing is favorable, complemented by an excellent timber design. The quality is commendable, and the product aligns precisely with its description. Standard delivery was completed within a two-week timeframe.

Bought a Kogan 7kg dryer in April 2026 and used it only for 6 times. There is a knocking sound when its spinning. Called them to check on it. Only got ludicrous replies asking for irrelevant details like delivery address, product references, invoice number, contact details etc, knowing very well themselves these particulars when I log in with my email. It was totally unnecessary to ask for these and it is highly likely they are attempting to tire you off with all their preposterous questions so that you would no longer have the energy and interest to pursue the issue. I find their after sales service absolutely deplorable at the least, if not frustrating and disgusting. Equally the Kogan products are of inferior quality as the dryer I purchased was only 4 months old. Have seek from them on many attempts to send a technician to look at the matter but only to no avail. Refrain from purchasing from either of them although their prices may be slightly cheaper but the quality of service you get is nothing but atrocious. I strongly recommend and suggest that if they do not foresee this as a major problem and do not act swiftly to complaints, it is highly likely they would not go far and refusal to acknowledge this would invariably frighten off customers from patronising them. In retrospect if they do not know how to attend to such grievances from customers, best for them is to close the company down.

Good are as described and delivered within reasonable time. Only issue, I was home but they just dropped package over fence and left behind letterbox in view for people on footpath. Gate not locked and only 5 steps to my front door!

Sold me a terrible product won’t let me return it or get a refund. I tried to leave and bad review on the website. Won’t even let me write a review to warn people. First and only time I’ll ever buy from smith.

Delivery service was totally on point, the gentlemen helped in getting the item up a couple of stairs for me to more the item into my house which he went that little extra for me, the product was awesome and is running and totally easy to setup as wel, thank you again
