Good price, not too slow delivery. Everything as expected

Delivered as promised, at a very competitive price. Nothing to complain about. Reviews show that you might get unlucky, but this shop does not aim to scam you.

Great saving, takes a bit longer to arrive as it comes from Hong Kong. I would personally recommend.

Having exposed for sale goods they could not supply, they then attempted to sell me a more expensive, over-specified item I did not want at a price and lead time they did not specify as an alternative. That left the impression that the low price of the item I ordered was merely a lure to milk me for more money. The refund was at least relatively prompt when I put some limits on delivery times, increased price etc.

Have always received everything purchased 3 samsung phones &1 smartwatch delivered usually within 2wks maybe a little slow but for the savings why buy your tech anywhere else 2 samsung s26 mobiles £419 each saved £hundreds 1 samsung smartwatch ultra 2 paid £389. Again saved £hundreds

I've used Techinthebasket for a number of years and have always had an excellent experience with them. Not only do I save bog in tech, the shipping to Scotland is fast and efficient - customer service is first class and I'll continue to buy here.

First class product. Considerably cheaper than online outlets. Well packed. Delivery maybe just a little too long. Worth the wait tho. Would certainly consider using this company again

They sent me the wrong item. Overall poor communication and service. The prices are low for a reason...

The delivery is good within a week the phone come as described at a good price

I ordered 2 laptops for 2 girls going to university in September this year. The reason I used Techinthebasket is because they guaranteed delivery within a week.

Unfortunately only one arrived, they only had stock of 1 but did not tell me that and it took a week to find out that the order was cancelled. I had to purchase another unit elsewhere and then ship it to Liverpool. I have used this company before and generally they are good, sorry to say it was not a good experience this time around...

I was a bit reluctant to buy from a site I was not 100% sure on but I am pleased I did. Saved money and could not be happier with the experience. Delivery was a lot sooner than I expected and was informed at each stage.
I have just got round to installing the firestick as it was a gift for my daughters birthday. Nice and easy and onc pleased little girl. Now she can watch her TV in her room

I have ordered the product which is very reasonable at time, but after sometime i didn't get heard about dispatch or any email for delivery time, when i email them then they said they accidentally sent to wrong address but in reality they didn't have stocked and let customers order in advance, and i have to email for refund, not like they follow up their own time for product.

No problem apart from very little to say when and what time it would be delivered, took a full8 days to arrive.
