I’d strongly recommend customers read BecexTech’s delivery and return terms very carefully before ordering.
I paid $2,754 and specifically selected Priority delivery because I needed the item within the advertised timeframe. After leaving the warehouse, my parcel took approximately 6 business days before the first delivery attempt, despite BecexTech advertising Priority delivery as 1-3 business days once the order has left the warehouse.
Because it didn’t arrive within that timeframe, I had to purchase a replacement elsewhere. BecexTech is now treating my return as a “Peace of Mind”/change-of-mind return and proposing a 15% restocking fee — $413.10.
I have repeatedly disputed this classification and asked for the matter to be escalated, but so far we have been unable to reach a resolution.
I’m posting publicly in the hope that someone senior at BecexTech will review this properly before I take the matter to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
BecexTech, please have a senior representative contact me regarding my existing case.

The phone itself seems very good. I was a little concerned as it was advertised from an Australian (.com.au) website but was shipped from Hong Kong. Obviously not a phone specification for Australia. The delivery time seemed on the long end of the scale. When it did arrive , it had been packaged with an international plug adaptor taped to the phone box. I don't know why, there was no AC charger supplied with the phone. Using the .com.au web page felt like a deceptive practice to me. I was expecting the phone to be supplied from Australian held stock.

I picked up parcel more than 10 years ago from same place, i wonder if was same from Dpex and Becextech combination. System works well , but i would prefer pick up from Australia post. I think also text message would be prefered day before or in the morning of delelivery day, why? When i dont know when parcel will arive i keep chacking tracking ,parcel is at customs clearance and no idea aprox date of delivery. So i though i check at the end of week , than when i did, it says attempted delivery on Tuesday...so i picked up this morning but obtained address from DPEX call centre, nice lady checked my details and told me Watts road Cnr Bulban in Werribee BP Service station... Some courier companies have option for customer, if not at home,where do you want us to leave parcell...i would chose nighbour next door no 16 as they are home all the time...anyway, it up to you, i can not really say much it was free delivery ! As pro photographer, main think is parcel arrived, box is not being tampered with so i will open it later..thanks
I did open it later and item missing is : Lens Case LP811...small lenses and extenders by canon always include soft case for new items...if is not included it could mean 2 things:
1. Honest mistake,fotgot to pack
2. Item is not new, so if they dont have it, they can not include in the box
I delivered from Canon, no way Canon would make mistake like that. Being pro photographer for 47 years, i know that 100% ..my advice, be professional or you lose much more money than this soft case worth $27.90 AUD

Good, competitive prices on products.
Had some issues with logging on to website. Tracking communication was limited and did not receive confirmation of when product was delivered.
Turn around time was normal. Two weeks for product to be delivered.

Over the last 5 years we have bought 2 high-end SLR cameras and 3 up-market cellphones from Becextech. Their service has been impeccable. I write clear messages to them and they send clear replies. I receive top model kit at a very competitive price.
The cost includes a slower delivery time than buying locally so I understand and accept that.
Never had to raise any warranty concerns but always ask for a correctly detailed receipt just in case. We are thoroughly satisfied with the goods and the service we receive so are happy to recommend Becextech to you.

Good product, free delivery with tracking number

Buying online without seeing in person what you are buying made me worried.
However, I was really pleased with the quick arrival of my refurbished Samsung galaxy S24+
It is in very good condition and looks like a brand new phone.

I don't even want to give 1 Star, but it mandatory.
These people are shameless and unprofessional. its been over 1 month since I ordered mobile phones. They are stuck at customs, which is these idiots responsibility to resolve, as they are doing business in this country and there shouldn't be any custom clearance issue. these people doesn't even have a store, they are just doing drop shipping business. even after emailing them from past month I am fed up and still waiting for my product. I wish there should be option to upload screenshots.

Great transaction but order arrived in separate parcels

Second time I have purchased a refurbished phone, both phones have been perfect, a lot cheaper than a new phone, and fast delivery.

Lied about the price of their advertised mobiles.
Sadly, we were advised that even though we paid for the mobile, that they had 'accidentally' advertised the incorrect amount and we needed to pay more, if we wanted the phone.
The original price was still advertised at the amount we paid, for up to a week after we paid it.
Held for ransom, it was 'pay the extra $90' directly to them, or no phone. It is a refurbished phone. Anyway, we had to cave in the end because my current phone became unusable and I was desperate.
We then saw that a larger capacity of the same phone that we had purchased, which was cheaper than the one we had originally ordered. I let them know that I will buy the better capacity mobile at the cheaper price and get a full refund of the first phone I purchased and was forced to pay extra for.
Each time I would provide evidence of pictures of the advertised price from the website, of both those mobiles, saying we don't understand why you are asking for more money?
Well, the other, better phone that we wanted to buy was...you guessed it...'an error in the advertised price also and if we wanted that one, we would also need to pay more than what was the advertised price.
Under the ACL this is a Breach.
Have learnt our lesson.

Fantastic experience. Product was cheapest through BecexTech. Fantastic communication. Delivery was on time.
