Over glamourising a fairly mundane looking item.
The item was shown in close up and appeared much larger than in real life. This happened previously several times but still disappointed on receipt.

Great service and beautiful jewellery
I received my order within two days of placing it and this despite not requesting urgent delivery, so the service was super fast and efficient. The Morales blue jadeite carving ordered from David Harry Jewels was beautiful and an interesting and welcome addition to my collection and the accompanying certification from the Hong Kong Jade lab is much appreciated and reassuring as to the authenticity of the material.

Received item really poor quality one of the small gems fell out when taking out of pouch ! Cost me £9 to send item back , still haven’t received refund even though they acknowledged receiving item .
