mixed reactions to things sent out
mixed reactions to things sent out
some will get a lot of use, some a disappointment
ordered a small tanzanite piece and the colour was nothing like the one on screen, not sure if they refunded postage, i did request..
ordered 2 off of something and one was perfect and the other paler stones, less well cut so they not that consistent really? i guess you wouldn't normally notice if only ordered one
seem to take 1-3 days to despatch. not sure how long post takes though.. small things seem packaged so will fit through letterbox though so that's handy, we've had so much stuff where dump and run, don't even ring doorbell...delivery people are under so much pressure and yet companies rake in huge profits!

Been a customer for decades

I love ordering from Gemporia because all the call centre staff are so friendly, cheerful, helpful and professional. I love the speed in which the warehouse staff dispatch the items I've ordered and that Royal Mail delivers on time too. I'm being totally honest when I say I DON'T recommend Gemporia very often to friends because I love being the only person in my local community with such beautiful and expensive jewellery. I don't like the new security…
I don't like the new security varification page, when clicking to open up Gemporias website, every time I open to go on there. They havn't needed it in 22 years and I don't see a need for it now. I feel it's an invasion of my privacy. So I may not be shopping on there in future.
