To be surprised at the excellent range of products available and the final price for an item. I purchased a Tanzanian ring on offer at a certain price. I had to leave the bid and waited for my purchase. When it arrived it cost considerably less due to reverse auction. What an fabulous surprise. The quality was superb and I absolutely love it.

Overall Gemporia is an OK business
Overall Gemporia is an OK business. Last order was a little disappointed with the way the earrings I received were packaged . I ordered about 23 pairs of earrings . Some as Thank you gifts and some for Christmas.
Every pair was squashed / crushed into their pouch . I had to remove each one , straightened the plastic bag and replace back into their purple pouch . Not pleased with the rough neglectful way they were packed .

Gemporia customer service is good
Gemporia is generally
great with customer service. Items packaged well and sent out promptly.
This time, because my order value was higher than usual, they also called to check that it was genuine, which I appreciate.
The items weren't exactly as I had hoped so I have had to return them (£13 recorded cost) but receipt has been acknowledged and I will await processing.

I have bought from Gemporia a few times now and each time I have been delighted.
Packaging is outstanding, the freebies are such a lovely touch but the jewellery inside, well I’m lost for words. Fantastic value for money, nicely presented and absolutely beautiful to look at.
I’m more thrilled to see a company that has bracelets that cater for small wrists, 6” is very hard to find especially in pretty designs. So a big huge thank you for that.

I received a phone call from a customer service person as my last order was more expensive than previously .
I felt I was being looked after as the person asked me security questions and was making sure it was me that had placed the order . I think it was more than a courtesy call and it made me realise that Gemporia is a good company to spend my money with .
