I spoke with a very kind and extremely helpful lady by the name of Chinaka and she talked me, very clearly and concisely, through a problem and was able to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. The lady in question was very polite, supportive, courteous, reassuring and empathetic at all times when dealing with my query and I thank her most sincerely for the manner in which she dealt with me.

The presenters at Gemporia are extremely professional and always have a cheerful, upbeat, warm and welcoming manner which lifts your spirits on days when the weather outside is dreary and miserable. I also like the fact that I can have confidence in the quality of all the products I purchase from Gemporia, from the jewellery, vitamins, CBD oils and creams, homewares etc and on the rare occasions that there have been problems with item of jewellery, the company has always dealt with them in a fuss-free manner and never quibbles about refunding items that I return. Whenever I've had dealings with Gemporia the call centre staff have always been very polite and helpful and the service is always extremely efficient and no fuss, even when returning items which I do from time to time if I change my mind about a piece of jewellery. For the most part, though, I don't change my mind because the jewellery is always beautiful and the gems are often rare and interesting. Also, some of the presenters are very articulate and informative when presenting the gems during their showcases which makes the shopping experience very enjoyable.

I have no problem with the service I have received from Gemporia which has always been excellent and the staff are always very polite, even though I was giving several members of staff a hard time recently out of sheer anger and frustration since I felt I was being given the brush off after complaining about the quality of a piece of jadeite: one item (a bangle), which was sold as Type A jadeite, turned out to be Type B after testing by AnchorCert Laboratory at the The Birmingham Assay Office. As I have over 200 pieces of jadeite, this is of great concern to me: it will be impossible to test everything and now I'm left wondering whether I have been mis-sold jadeite or whether this was a one-off mistake. I am presently testing another bangle and if that comes back as Type B as well, then this would appear to indicate a wider problem. In that case, I would like the right to return all the jadeite regardless of the date of purchase and be reimbursed in full. So far it has cost me around £428 to test these items which is as much as the items themselves and as a result I won't be buying anymore jadeite in future. However, I am more than happy with the Cavill & Co rings I purchased back in March and hope to be buying more in future.

I love the rare stones and pearls that Gemporia manage to unearth and love learning about these gems. In particular, Dave Troth's presentational style is very informative and intelligently done which I enjoy.

Gemporia provides great value jewellery at affordable prices and it is so simple to shop with the company thanks to the great service and friendly call centre staff. I also appreciate the other products on offer such as the CBD oil and some of the clothes look interesting although I've yet to buy any. Might be tempted one day.

The quality of Gemporia's jewellery and carving are always excellent, but where there have been any problems, they have always been resolved promptly and efficiently. The service is always great.

When mistakes occur on rare occasions, Gemporia always deals with them in an efficient and diplomatic way which is much appreciated. A master carving which had damage to it was returned to Gemporia and the company covered the transport costs and refunded my money in full no quibbles.

From what I can see, Gemporia does everything well from excellent service from polite sales staff, to rapid deliveries or keeping clients informed if there are delays. Refunds are done rapidly and they live up to their reputation that they are a no quibble returns/refund service. I've had nice surprises like the time I returned a item for repair because a stone was missing and I found my postage had been refunded which I hadn't expected. I just love everything about the ethos of this company not to mention the fabulous jewellery: both the designs and the quality are excellent and the surprises just don't stop coming. I love the rarity of stones/gems and the endless choice.

Gemporia called me two days ago to warn me that my parcel would be delivered today around late morning and it arrived as promised.
