I love the belt , it’s so easy to use . Had a great benefit with pain in my ankles, wrists, knees and back. Since I started this I have been taking very less pain medication as well as going less for massage.

The product arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected. Easy to use. Nice and light. I find the best way to treat my hip pain is to use it when sitting at my desk. A gentle deep heat - seems to have settled a lot of the inflammation.

I am currently using the XL therapy pad and I could not be happier! I initially got this for pain in my legs as I just picked up running again and have been having a few niggles but after using this I’ve not only had my pain go away but my skin feels tighter which is an added bonus. All only have using it for a few days. I’m so glad I invested in myself and get to support a small business. The only feedback I would give to improve is to probably add a couple holes/removable hooks on the pad so that way it could also be hung up like a panel while also being able to lie on it? I feel like that would be a game changer!

I did lots of research on RLT products to be fully informed of my purchase , I finaly landed on Elite Relief and couldnt be happier. I purchased the Elite Relief Pro great value, customer service and follow up , its simple to use and we love the portability.
We've have used the Elite Relief Pro on knees, shoulders and my back with great results, feels very comfortable when in use. I recommed this RLT and have just purchased a second product

I have struggled with lower back pain for years after multiple pregnancies and birth. My friend suggested I try red light therapy. I was sceptical as I had not learnt the science behind it before, but I was pleasantly surprised that after a few weeks of using the belt I slowly stated to wake up in the morning with less and less pain. Sometimes I forget about it altogether! I chose this company as they are a local family business based in Brisbane. If you are looking for something similar, i definitely recommend getting it from them.

The Elite Relief panel has been fantastic for my muscle recovery after hiking and for helping with the everyday joint stiffness both my husband and I experience. I also love that I can use it on my face, so it's become a really versatile part of my wellness routine. It's one of those products that gets used regularly in our home and has been a great investment in looking after ourselves.

I have been using the elite relief belt of my abdomen for 2 months now to help reduce inflammation in my body post major surgery. My skin feels so much softer. My scar tissue has changed in appearance and is becoming less visible. I love to do this in the evening when I'm winding down and then my dog steals it off me afterwards! Which has helped her massively with movement during the day. I believe this is because of a reduction in inflammation I can highly recommend!!

High quality red light therapy panels. I use mine every day and it has helped heaps with back and neck pain. Family owned business and always answers questions very quickly.

I bought a body wrap and mask thinking the business was OK from ratings on this platform.

The mask has never worked and the usb powering the belt from the power pack fell apart on the third use.

I have tried contacting them three times now to get a refund and cannot get in contact.

This has been so good on my lower back, easy to use and the customer service was great when we had any questions!

I've now purchased the LED belt and face mask! Love them both. We use the belt all the time and even on our dogs! The usb broke the other day 2 years from purchase on the cord and I contacted Elite and MJ was onto it straight away! Excellent customer service and great products 👏 👌

Was going to buy the $150 red light belt, but ended up getting the pro belt after speaking to them and I'm so glad I did, been the best thing for my lower back. I sit all day and my back gets jammed up towards the end of the day, so I put it on and have started to feel so much better!

Updated- Bought a red light therapy belt on special but still $150, ripped on first usage.

Emailed immediately with photos and received no response until I posted this review. Apparently I was unlucky with the poor quality product and even unluckier that the emails I sent hadn’t been received because of an IT issue.

I have since been sent a replacement belt that is a different size to the original and better quality to be fair. But my review is for what I purchased not the better product replacement.

Today I was contacted and asked to adjust my review because they had “resolved” the issue.

Unfortunately I cannot adjust, I was injured, their product appealed to my vulnerable state, it was a product of poor quality and for that I will hold firm and leave it as 1 star as I do believe they are likely just cheap drop shipping fronted by personal stories.

All my other reviews are positive on this platform and I wish I felt differently.

Love our new belt!! Suitable for both me and my husband. Easy to use, light weight and good quality. Can use on multiple body areas and amazing for recovery after a tough gym session and back pain! Great customer service, fair delivery time. Thank you Elite!!
