I love it, I am using on all parts of body that hurt.
I originally purchased for my knee as I have had a knee replacement plus various other operations through the years, leaving me with a thickened patella tendon, which restricts my bend, I didn't expect the belt to work but I may have a little more bend and joint is definately feeling better. It is working all other parts of body that are sore as well.

The cloths make cleaning faster and easier, especially on glass, I just wipe the glass down after shower and glass drys streak fee.
