Don't waste your money
Set up to appear as an Australian company, which it is not. Very expensive, and absolutely not worth it; does not work as advertised, in fact it's less effective than what I've been using for the last 20 years. Tried to return as per their policy but the return cost was in USD via Australia Post, and added up to almost 25% of the purchase cost. Offered me a 50% refund and for me to keep the product (thus confirming to me that they're way over priced) and because of the cost and difficulty of returning my purchase, as well as what were explained to me as significant delays in processing a full refund, I accepted that offer. Now the cloths are sitting in my linen cupboard, never used and just taking up space. Don't waste your money.

To my surprise it did actually start to lift stubborn long term inground grime from my patio tiles. Grime nothing else would move. Jif, bleach, bicarb, even Enjo. And a little more improvement with each use. Very pleased.

Total scammers
Total scammers. I ordered a pack of 3 cloths and paid the money through PayPal. Within minutes later another payment for the same amount went through. I contested this with Koala within 10 minutes of the order going through. They said too late, it’s already processed and ordered. What a joke. They then said they’d refund 30% of the first order. And if I wanted to send them back I needed to pay for postage.
I suggest nobody orders through this company. I’m a pensioner and don’t have much money and now I’ve paid double the amount.

Hi there,
We're truly sorry we weren't able to intercept your request before the order entered processing. From what you've described, it seems the second payment may have been for a bundle added through a post-purchase offer after your initial order.
We genuinely value our customers' experience and regret that this hasn't met your expectations.
Could you please email our Head of Customer Relations at mark@koalacloth-au.com so he can personally review your case and work towards a suitable resolution?
