Don't buy from this website. They don't take complaints seriously and give weird solutions to get rid of a faulty product. Wasted my money completely.

Have used this company in the past and it has been brilliant, especially when you need something quickly. Unfortunately delivery time took 8 days this order for an item which was in stock so slightly disappointed. Also, shipping label was just stuck onto the product box and sent rather than packaged in a seperate box but luckily no damage to the product or box and the postage label came off without too much damage (it was to be a gift!). Despite these minor issues, I would definately order again as the prices are unbeatable and usually the service much quicker.

There was a technical issue and instead of receiving the item within 2-4 business days, I received it after 6 business days.

Two orders: once a pan and once a raclette. Both times quickly arrived, products are working and not damaged. Will always order again!

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars so I had to give 1.

Just bought two expensive knives and received them 23/12/2021.

After they had been used for a week the biggest knife had to be sharpened using an iron. Takes only 2 seconds.

The sharp edge of the knife broke off three places and after contacting you, you tell me I have done it the wrong way and will not replace the product.

I have ironed all my other knives for years and years, and even the cheapest ones don’t break down.

I’m very sure NEVER to buy anything from you anymore and I will recommend all to stay far away from this company

I bought a KitchenAid online from this company. My experience was excellent. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Bought a product 1 week ago. Delivery date was between 1 to 4 days and the product hasn't even left the store yet. Disgusting. I needed it for a party and it will not arrive in time.

I’m very satisfied with this product and I warmly recommend if someone likes to make homemade pasta.

It took couple days so they can finally pack it send it. Then i get message from postnord that my package is waiting but it wasn. Another day sms with same message but package still wasnt there. Then i found it in another pick up point. But at least i receive my stuff.

Delivered as promised, can't beat that.

Box arrived half broken. Pan sticked out of the box. No return label available in the box. So dont really know how to proceed in order to return one of the items.
Website is nice and user friendly, however I dont know If I would shop from them again.

I don't like that they are instructing me to give a "positive and constructive opinion" on this website. If a person is angry or had a bad experience, they must be allowed to complain and write about their frustration and disappointment, as long as they are respectful.
