Easy to book and a good choice of sailings. The price was the most reasonable of the ferry companies I searched through. The ship was clean and comfortable, there was a good choice of seating and the cafeteria had a wide selection to choose from.

Thought I was booking direct with…
Thought I was booking direct with Brittany ferries. Wasn't clear it was a different site so no unsure if I actually have booked. Also not easy to print out booking confirmation. Not very user friendly for a a technophobe like myself

To clarify, we are an independent booking service and are not Brittany Ferries, nor do we claim to be. We appreciate that this may not have been clear when you made your booking.
If your booking was successfully completed, you will have received a booking confirmation by email. There is also no need to print this confirmation — you can simply show it on your phone when you check in.
We understand that the process could be clearer and more user-friendly, especially for customers who are less comfortable with technology. Thank you for bringing this to our attention; we’ll certainly take your comments on board.
Perfect example of third party cashiers
If ever I travel in the future with huh Aferry name ( this third party spin off) shall & only will be only in a nightmare.
They ( Aferry) offer a contact number...dont bother , It drop calls hence no number. The chat session is open 0800 until 1700 (according to the website) . They messaged me back to tell they can respond after 10am ...
Simple, don't book with these mediocre effort of turdish!
First and last time . P&O piano ;) resolved the situation in the end or it was leading to the gallows for them all , guess they clicked in the end x

Easy online purchase, though I did not understand what the extra payment was for and whether it is worth to buy.
One super annoying issue was, that I could not find the barcode to my ticket in your confirmation mail.

I was able to compare different times and dates for a return trip from Calais to Dover. It helps a lot when the journey to the ferry port is long and perhaps there are delays
