The system is easy to understand, however, instead of "return", it should be "round trip". When I was booking, I did not understand it very well, so I made two single journeys instead of "return".... See more

Very easy site to navigate and the process was quick. Only relevant information was asked for and there was no re-direction to other pages (which is a pet hate of mine)

Good website and easy to book but far too expensive. 40 mins on a ferry shouldn’t cost £200

The cabin option
It was easy
It was easy, informative info about ferries, times, ports/destinations etc... Quicker and easier to understand than trying to book a train!... Search options very useful, and just to top it off I got a 20% reduction on my fare!

I paid for business class and still got shit. A broken seat, no view, no wifi, a hot cramped boat with loud kids and no fresh air.

Easy to navigate and find good fare options. Booking and payment was quick and easy.
Uploading tomy wallet
The one problem I had was that after booking 3 separate rides, only 1 could be uploaded to my wallet. the other 2 summaries didn't give me that option. Is there a solution to this?
Everything else went smoothly.
Absolutely terrible service and…
Absolutely terrible service and communication. My sailing was cancelled at very short notice with no proper support or alternative options offered – the only replacement was two days later, making my short family holiday completely pointless. Staff were unhelpful and even suggested I just turn up at the port and wait around hoping to get on a ferry, which was distressing and completely unacceptable. It has ruined what was meant to be a special trip, caused enormous stress and financial loss, and I would strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before booking with this company.

The choice of sailings is very easy to see and to compare routs and prices, the prices are comparable to or better than if you go to the ferry companies directly.
The booking and payment system if hassle free. And for a little extra you can make your ticket 100% refundable up to 48hrs prior to departure.
