For the price it Costs it is cleary not worth
For the price it costs it is clearly not worth it people were mean and rude only to abandon us on plastic chairs outside(36€ for plastic seat for 7 hours OUTSIDE)very bad experience

Booking through Direct Ferries turned…
Booking through Direct Ferries turned into a genuine headache. The moment something goes wrong, there’s no proper customer support to speak of — you’re left going round in circles with a useless chatbot that can’t actually resolve anything. When I raised my problem, even the Eurotunnel staff themselves acknowledged that Direct Ferries is known for issues with customer support, which tells you everything you need to know.
My advice: book direct with the operator instead. Paying an extra £50 is well worth it to avoid the stress and to have someone real to talk to when you need help. Save yourself the hassle — I certainly won’t be back.
