Always good service. Packed with love

Very disappointing customer service.

My return was sent using Mytheresa’s official UPS return label, but instead of opening an investigation with their own UPS account, customer support keeps sending me copy-paste template replies.

The most surprising part? Some of their replies even refer to DHL, although my return was sent with UPS. It clearly shows that nobody is actually reviewing my case.

I have provided everything available to me, while UPS has confirmed they cannot provide the additional documents Mytheresa keeps requesting from the recipient.

I expected much better from a luxury retailer. When something goes wrong, they simply pass the responsibility to the customer.

I ordered a high-value item from Mytheresa that I never received.
I reported the missing parcel immediately after DHL marked it as delivered. Throughout the investigation, DHL repeatedly provided contradictory information. I received emails stating that another delivery attempt would be made, that I could redirect the shipment, collect it from a DHL Service Point, or even have it returned to the sender. Based on this information, I requested that the parcel be returned because I was away on a business trip.
Later, DHL completely changed its position and claimed that the parcel had already been delivered correctly.
I forwarded every email and update to Mytheresa. Initially, they acknowledged the contradictions, reopened the investigation and assured me that my case would be reviewed again. However, in the end they simply accepted DHL's final statement and refused both a refund and a replacement.
I repeatedly requested evidence proving that I personally received the parcel, including:
the delivery signature,
the written acknowledgement of receipt,
confirmation of how my identity was verified,
confirmation of who accepted the parcel.
None of these questions were answered. Instead, I repeatedly received template responses stating that the courier had confirmed delivery.
As a customer, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I paid for an expensive order, never received it, and was left without either the goods or my money.
I expected far better customer protection from a luxury retailer.

Mytheresa sells a wonderful and wide variety of pieces. The packaging is beautifully crafted and secure. I most certainly recommend this company.
