Easy to order, nicely packaged item. Good, strong colours. Already had matching skirt ordered from M&S who didn’t have cardigan.

My order placed on 25th Dec arrived on…
My order placed on 25th Dec arrived on 12th Jan, at least 2 weeks later than promised. I picked it up in store and tried on the jacket. As I had removed the plastic packaging I asked the assistant for a carrier bag in which to take the jacket away. She offered me the smallest of all the carriers, at most 8 inches square, saying she didn’t have anything bigger which it was obvious she had as I could see them behind the counter. She was most reluctant to give me a full sized bag but eventually did when I pointed out that it was impossible to fit the bulky fur jacket into such a small bag. Very unhelpful service.
