5 Weeks, No Shoes, No Refund - Worst Customer Service
Don’t order from this company. I ordered a pair of running shoes on 31.07.2026, with an expected delivery date of 6–8 August. However, since 02.08, the tracking has been stuck on: “The package has been processed and is waiting to be picked up by SEUR.”
It has now been five weeks since I placed the order. Every time I contact customer service, I get the same response: they are “investigating the case.” Apparently, five weeks isn’t enough time to figure out what happened to a package. Since I paid through Klarna and opened a dispute, they are now telling me to contact Klarna and not bother them anymore. All I am asking is for them to cancel the order and issue a refund to Klarna, but they are refusing to do so.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Five weeks, no shoes, no refund, and no proper solution. I would definitely not recommend ordering from this company.

I've used this group of companies for a lot of years now because they always provide top quick items at a great price. The delivery to the UK is a bit slow compared with what we are used to now but the item came within the week. The shoes fit great and are a joy to walk in as they are supporting my foot well

Delivered safely to a neighbour who signed for the package. Arrived a few days ago but wanted to wear for a while before submitting review. Trainers are great, always buy ASICS as suffer with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis and these really help. Sizing is accurate, but if in-between 1/2 sizes I’d suggest going for the larger.

It’s now the 27th and tracking hasn’t updated since 20 August, when the parcel was still in the Netherlands marked “Cleared and awaiting international departure.” There’s been no indication it has even left the country. (It's been 2 weeks).
I’ve contacted Runnerinn 3–4 times asking for an update or help resolving this and have received zero response.
Delays happen, especially with international shipping, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Very slow service and extremely disappointing customer support.

I am usually sceptical about buying from abroad but my experience with Runnerinn was surprisingly good. Communication was excellent and the goods were delivered in the given timescale and the quality was as expected.. The price of my items were also competitive for as product that is difficult to find in UK. I would recommend them.

First time using - care with price
First time using, and great selection of trainers, found the ones my daughter was looking for, and at a discounted price - amazing. Checked reviews, and yep, seemed like a legit retailer.
Problem was I had no clue that prices change through the day! Im used to retailers with sale ends on a particular day, so this is a new concept!
As a busy mum, selected trainers, got disturbed, went back a couple of hours later, placed the order in the basket and it went though my bank account at £35 more than it showed in the basket! I then discovered, reading of FAQs, it seems prices change through the day! Never seen that before! You would think in that case they would have a time out on the shopping basket or something to stop people getting in a pickle.
Delivery was a day later than estimated, but they come from overseas so overall pretty quick.
Overall got the trainers my daughter wanted, in time for school, but pricing strategy has put me off future use.

Trainers were great, but took a week to come. The up dates were wrong and changed a few times, though you could still track them and see where they were.
