We love the couch but the delivery…
We love the couch but the delivery process has been AWFUL! When the couch was delivered it was missing two sections. We had our fourth attempt this morning of a missing piece to our couch and they still brought the wrong piece. They said they would arrive between 1:00 and 6:00pm and called at 7:15am to say they would be here in ten minutes. We are at about five weeks now with a partially assembled couch. I would not use this company moving just due to the poor customer service.

Good Customer Service
I am still waiting to receive my couch, but I am pleased with the customer experience so far. The company is very communicative about updates to the order. I am giving them 4 stars only because the estimated delivery time on the product page was not accurate. (It claimed 6-12 days for delivery, but will take closer to 25-32 days).
Regardless, I am happy that a customer service representative was able to take my call and address my concerns right away.

Would not hesitate to order from them again
I had read some negative reviews about the company that made me hesitant to order from them but I'm very glad I decided to go for it. I ordered a TV stand that is absolutely stunning and I'm incredibly happy with it. It was shipped within the quoted time frame and arrived without damage. I was even able to get some money back when the item went on sale for cheaper than the price I paid for it. Overall, I had a great experience ordering from Povison and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Misleading sofa is half leather and half synthetic
Very disappointed in the sofa that I purchased. First off love the look and very comfortable. However be careful. Their descriptions are extremely mis leading. Expecting the sofa to be genuine leather, even went to the description of materials only leather. Well untrue half the sofa is leather the other half synthetic. Very disappointed. Very misleading company to deal with. Not to mention it took forever to receive my purchase. Will not be purchasing from them ever again!

Very nice couch
Very nice couch. I like that it operates smoothly and that there was not much hassle putting it together. Only wish they sent leather swatches beforehand or cleaning instructions after the fact. Delivery was fast. From order to arrival was only 2 weeks.

Worst experience I've had with any Company
Worst experience I've had with any company! Good luck if you want to try and return something! It will take hours of your time, several emails, not to mention the fee they charge you. I cant imagine they will be in business in the next year or two.

Slim Midcentury Modern TV Stand
I had been looking for a while for a tv stand with rounded corners in a midcentury modern look. I easily went with this one based on look, the size I needed, with enough center room for surround sound receiver. I received the item fully assembled (awesome!). Got to admit, it is way heavier than I thought it would be, which is a great thing.
I was unsure for a while with ordering from Povison because I’ve never heard of or ordered from them. But based on reviews I decided it was worth the chance. I’m glad I did because I am 100% satisfied and will consider povison again if ordering more furniture in the future :)
Shipping took about 2 weeks. Delivery company called me a few days before to schedule delivery. They delivered within the window and were friendly and professional. I inspected the item and happily signed for it! They delivered the item in my garage. I had to get my neighbor to help me bring it in because, again, it was much heavier than I anticipated it to be :)
