Order stated it would be delivered inside the front door however delivery company refused and left it outside exposed. Had to get neighbors to help move it to a safe place.
Calls to customer service in advance to reschedule a delivery and no calls were ever returned. Poor customer service.

I've made two separate purchases with Hernest, a dining room table and then some chairs. Both beautiful pieces at great prices. Both instances had excellent customer support. For the chairs I wanted to make sure what I was selecting matched the wood of my table so I contacted support and they not only answered my question but also provided an alternate suggestion. It was that suggestion I went up going with as I had overlooked that chair online, but it actually want perfect with my table. Great company experience, I wish I had more furniture to buy.

I ordered the 54' lamp and its beautiful 🥰 ran into a small hiccups, which was on my end with a nunber being wrong on my address. All im gone say is customer service was amazing 🫶🏾❤️🫶🏾💪🏾 TOP NOTCH COMMUNICATION!! Everything went smooth, no headache at all. My product was delivered with no problem, packaging was great and the directions was easy and understandable unlike alot of other products from different companies. Im definitely ordering more because Hernest definitely earned my trust and my money🙌🏾 i recommend them to everybody. High quality product for sure...just buy‼️‼️

I initially purchased the Aldric 84" Media Console because it fit every esthetic I had been searching for. There was a slight issue with the delivery that was immediately resolved by both the shipping department and Hernest customer service.
First- it was amazing to speak to an actual human and not an AI robot. Second, when the piece arrived- WOW! Fantastic quality, it's super solid. I feel like you never know what you're getting when you buy online, but I am super happy with both the order and the company as a whole.
It's absolutely going to be one of the first stops for my future furniture purchases.

Awesome media console! Beautifully designed. Very solid and heavy. Looks incredible in our new home. It's somehow simultaneously both retro and contemporary, with extensive interior storage. Fairly pricey but worth it!

One thing to be aware of: this thing is VERY HEAVY. Delivery is to your threshold only (patio, ground-level entryway, or garage). It does NOT cover getting the console into your living room, den, or up any stairs. At 200+ pounds, it will take 2-3 strong adults to move the box if you're navigating any stairs.

I ordered two pieces of furniture, a coffee table and media console. Both were delivered in immaculate condition and look great in my space.

The cabinet was packaged extremely well. The delivery service was convenient, friendly, and on time. The cabinet is of very high quality. I'm happy with my purchase.

The coffee table and end the table look better in person than the on-line photos. The drawers pull out smoothly and the oak wood grain is lovely. Assembly was simple.
It arrived very quickly and was well packaged to avoid any shipping issues.

I’ve ordered from Hernest twice now, and I’ve been very impressed with the quality of their products. Everything looks exactly as pictured on their website. During one of my orders, I experienced an issue where an item was marked as delivered but never actually arrived. Although this was an error on the shipping carrier’s end, Hernest’s customer service team was quick to respond and did everything they could to assist me. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help.

The side table was uneven after installed I had to put a stabilizer under one leg

My experience was great! I was so impressed with how fast I received my media console. I ordered it Sunday and I got it delivered on Thursday. Delivery was scheduled so quickly! I already knew I was going to love it by seeing the item online but I was beyond impressed with the quality and color once I received it. It was packaged really well. I absolutely love Hernest ! You guys are awesome and doing it right. I am 100% satisfied!
