I would be very cautious
I would be very cautious and considerate. If you read through the majority of their reviews on their official website, they are almost all fake or bot reviews. Many of the images were completely AI, nearly identical word count or sentence length, and grammar/sentence structure matching. This makes me severely worried that they are hiding negative reviews and flooding the reviews of the products to bring the numbers up. It's unfortunate because they have a lot of things that look appealing and many reviews I've seen that appear legislate report of good quality, but the negative reviews seem to report severe issues with shipping, general communication, and handling of defects, returns and refunds. You should not just focus on solely the product when purchasing something.

We love this sofa! It is comfortable and very soft. I love the fabric. It feels amazing on the skin. This is top tier quality and feels very high end. The delivery process was amazing. I received our sofa one week after ordering online and received daily tracking updates before it was delivered. The delivery men delivered it to the desired room, unboxed it, placed the pieces together and showed us how to use the remote. The delivery men were very kind and professional. This sofa has really elevated our space. We absolutely love it!!

I purchased the Benjamin Power Reclining Sofa and just love it! I heard about Povison from a customer that walked into the furniture store that I worked in and had been impressed. so when I moved recently and needed a new sofa for my den I knew exactly where to turn. Although completely different than what I've been previously been drawn to, and being leather, I loved the fact that the headrests laid flat so my two Westies would have their requisite perch to sit on but not ruin typical couch cushions. So far I have been very impressed with the quality of construction, the feel of the vegan leather, etc. I am looking forward to getting my TV mounted and enjoying the couch daily!
From an assembly standpoint it was pretty simple - just make sure you start from the right side if assembling multiple sectional pieces together (the instructions suggest so - if you read them, LOL. The only recommendation I would have is that there are clearer instructions and/or videos about how to cable the electric through when you have two far-flung recliners and only have power near one of them. I reached out for help and was sent pictures, but a human speaking and walking through it would have been much easier.
The shipping was terrific. The packaging was of unbelievable quality (note I unpackaged a ton of furniture at my job above) and I swear the cardboard each was in was like quadruple thick! Could not see how this could get damaged in shipping with how well packaged my items were.

Five-star experience from start to finish! Communication throughout delivery was excellent and everything arrived on time. I really like this product
I really like this product. It’s very smooth to use, easy to move sideways, and overall feels like a top-notch, high-quality product.
The only downside is the weight. When it arrives fully packed, it is extremely heavy, so you will most likely need two people to carry and handle it. If you live in an apartment or a place where carrying a large, heavy package is difficult, this is something to keep in mind.
