Think before you order
I ordered a beautiful dining room and chairs from Provision. It took a few extra months longer than promised. The delivery people dropped the table, base and chairs several times. My gold base and marble table were dented and damaged. I wrote, emailed, and called Provision, and no one returned my messages. Think before you order. Extreme lack of customer service after spending all that money.

Biggest & expensive regret.
Terrible experience! My wife and I spent ~$2800 on a couch from this company. Here is our story/experience...
"To Whom It May Concern:
We originally purchased our couch in July 2026, including white glove delivery and assembly service. Unfortunately, the team responsible for assembling the original couch did so incorrectly, resulting in damage to the couch.
Over the past three months, there have been two separate attempts to correct the issue, and we still do not have a couch that is free from damage or defects.
During the most recent service attempt on October 10, a new white glove service team arrived with only a partial replacement couch. They were able to replace the two bottom end sections; however, the middle section of the original couch was too damaged for them to remove the backrest and attach it to the new bottom section. Additionally, the service team did not have authorization to take the old couch sections with them. As a result, we now have approximately one and a half couches taking up space in our living room.
We have been dealing with this issue since July, and after multiple service attempts, we still have not received the pristine, defect-free couch that we originally purchased and paid for. At this point, I am extremely frustrated with the continued delays and the process required to resolve an issue that resulted from improper assembly during the original white glove service."
It's not worth the hassle. From our experience, we will not be shopping here again.

Horrible Customer Service & Canceled Deliveries
Update: They reached to me with a very passive response. They promised delivery in a week. Still tracking says " canceled". That's it. I'm filing a dispute.
I placed an order for a TV stand on August 31. After waiting for almost two months, my delivery was finally scheduled for delivery. I rearranged my entire work schedule to work from home to receive it, only for the appointment to be canceled a day before with no follow-up or rescheduled date provided.
When I reached out to customer support via live chat, they completely brushed off responsibility. The agent just gave me a tracking number and told me to figure it out with their 3rd-party delivery company myself. Phone calls, emails, WhatsApp... no response!
As a retailer, taking customer money and then washing your hands of the delivery process is completely unacceptable. Given how much I spent, this level of service is appalling. Looks like disputing the charge with my bank is the only way to get their attention.
Save yourself the headache and buy your furniture elsewhere.

We had the same problem that Serena had. We ordered very expensive couches from Povisions in October. The the two sides of the recliners don't match and problem is the left side. I emailed multiple times and they completely ignored me.

Peeling and torn couches after 3 mos
We ordered very expensive couches from Povisions in June. The faux leather is peeling already and one side of the recliners doesn't work consistently. I emailed multiple times and they completely ignored me. These couches are very poor quality and material is paper thin. I can see the white foam pad under the tears and peeling.
