I have recieved my second “lucky dip” the first one was diabolical but I thought I try again BIG MISTAKE. The second one is an absolute joke! A filthy pensioners jacket, a pensioners cardigan that my grandmother wouldn’t wear and a blouse that’s not fit to use as a duster!. This is an absolute con. I would like both my £20 refunded please.

I went for the mystery 90’s box and was really disappointed :( the items were all oversized and looked like male clothing. Only kept 2 pieces and sent the rest back.

My Superdry top was in excellent condition and it came quite quickly too. Very pleased.

Very impressed quality is great cleaned and pressed beforehand price was very reasonable for what I got, I just took a chance and it paid off I have compared with other sites selling similar vintage and it was a bargain I am a regular thift shopper and have not come across what I wanted in this order recently instore so buying from mh solved problem... 😀 I'm a fan

Great initiative to keep old clothes in circulation and shipping costs and time to Australia were very reasonable. I now own 2 beautiful as new jumpers for less than a jumper would have cost here

Absolutely awful. Shipping was really fast actually but I ordered a North face jacket thought it was all okay just a few marks which were not listed on the description, but I thought that was okay to be honest as a secondhand purchase it wasn’t going to be perfect. Once I throw the bag and tags away went to put on the jacket to wear after first glance I realised the whole lining was coming apart and with it being a white jacket. It was so noticeable. I also did Apple Pay and it did my old email address so I asked them to contact me through my current email address. Emailed them, messaged them on TikTok, Instagram and twice on their customer get help page. Literally and no one has got back to me all I wanted was a jacket in time for my holiday which I didn’t have. It was the first thing I’ve bought myself in a really long time and was looking forward to this I love a vintage purchase. Now all I want is a refund and no one has even bothered to pick up a single one of my messages to look into my case for me so I’m £30 down and a jacket just sitting around my house doing nothing that can’t even be worn. Awful customer service, feels quite fraudulent actually. Going to have to take this to citizens advice or go through my bank to get a refund with all the evidence of zero replies from the company.

I am actually shocked to read some of the negative reviews. I have recently discovered this store and jumped in and bought 10 leather jackets (I am an addict). Without exception, the product dimensions given are accurate. The condition descriptions (bar one that had no reference to major structural damage and will be a write-off) are meticulous if not leaning to underplay how great the items are. Dispatch of orders Sunday is Monday and a week later to Aus from UK. And on occasion, when needed, enquiries are met with super fast and friendly responses. See you in Hembry Rehab because I will be buying more. :)

I don’t buy on line normally but this is the best way to scroll a few things you like and then all the been added with you scrolling. They intuitively know what you like. It’s a great way to buy and be sustainable at same time. Really great customer service with tailored emails. A joy !!

Steer clear of this if you're allergic to perfume/fabric softener. I've washed the jumper I got from there twice and it still smells like fabric softener. All the clothes I washed with said jumper also smells like fabric softener and is making me itch. I'm giving 3 stars only because the items themselves are in nice condition, but beware that they sometimes do not list the materials correctly. One item said 100% cotton and I received a cotton polyester blend.

Returns are also complicated compared to other sites I've shopped at, especially if you're in a different country than the UK. Since they do not include a return postage slip in the package, you may have to pay 30 quid out of pocket to be able to return your items, in addition to having to pay tax and fees on all the items you receive. So it's really not ideal.

Bought a mystery box glad I went with the lowest priced one as the items I got sent were not worth £20 if I had sourced them in a charity shop or on Vinted. I know it is luck of the drawer and only £20 but thought there maybe one piece that was nice but sadly no fingers crossed I can sell on Vinted and get a couple of quid back😩. Delivery and ordering all good just dissapointed with what was sent
