Ordered a grade B Tommy Hilfiger 50 mix polo shirt box and 70% of the items where grade c or broken grade and had to get thrown away unfortunately I wasn’t expecting brand new stuff but this is definitely not grade b I Also ordered a grade A 25 mixed dickies and Carhartt jumper bundle received 25 Carhartt peices no dickies at all and 6 items or so have company branding on another two items where in grader b condition one has stains and the other has paint on and not to mention there all alsmot All black xl pullover hoodies not good

Again… just buying this companies junk. Just have to laugh it off at this point because there customer service doesn’t exist. Whoever they have picking orders for people needs sacking. And the girls that do the social media don’t listen to them they keep all the good items and sell the junk to hard workers like us… this time I ordered 100 x Grade A Tie Dye T-Shirts they are all American college shite or smoke house shite!! Nothing Vintage about this company… this is probably my 3rd review now and I can’t get passed giving the company a 1 star… well just go and burn the warehouse down simple as that 🤣 scammers keep your money.. and arrives stinking aswel I think the owner rubs his smelly arse on every item before sending it out. Ordered the 100x black and white…
Ordered the 100x black and white graphic tees and got 100 completely unsellable tshirts. Packed horribly to the point the graphics stuck together and when pulled apart would rip off. 90 out of 100 of the tshirts were work uniform tops or political Tshirts. Horrible for resellers.

Thought it was good again but now ive…
Thought it was good again but now ive got problems ordered 600 shirts over 4 orders they despatched all but I didn't receive all.
I am missing 100 llw denim shirts and 50 llw shirts from these orders
WEB157041 - received normal llw shirts
WEB157425 - missing 50 llw shirts
Tracking delivery proof shows only 9 boxes delivered all of them are llw shirts not any denim llw
Please resolve this issue quickly otherwise I will need to proceed with other methods as its about £550 im down in stock
I wish to continue buying from you if this is resolved quickly and I'll remove this review also

DO NOT BUY SCAMMERS (dead bugs)
All the clothes arrived in a disgusting state and stank really bad i ordered the 45kg mixed vintage bundle (ORDER #WEB158199) and it came really fast in 1 day in 3 different boxes. i have opened 2 so far and everything has stains no grade A items even though the desc said at least half of them would be and most of it is just puma and highschool logos. After i went through the second box at the botton there were DEAD BUGS i immediatly threw everything back into the box and sealed them tight with tape and will not be opening the 3rd box anymore. Hopefully they give me a refund for this all as i have spent a lot of money on this.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service – cancellation request ignored
I placed an order with Vintage Wholesale Supply on 30 August 2026 at 3:11 PM. I changed my mind and contacted them to cancel at 5:58 PM the same day — only 2 hours and 47 minutes after placing the order.
I contacted them again shortly afterwards and continued trying to get the order cancelled, including further messages and emails. Despite this, I have not been able to get the cancellation resolved.
What is particularly frustrating is that their website states that customers can contact them to cancel before fulfilment begins. My order is still showing in my account as “Unfulfilled.”
I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank because I have been unable to get a clear resolution from the company.
I simply wanted to cancel the order shortly after placing it and receive my money back. I really hope the company reviews this situation and improves its customer service, because this has been extremely stressful.

great experience
I’ve used these guys a few times in the past before the change over and it’s always been ok- but since the changeover I’ve come back and all of my items have been perfect.
They are super responsive, on the ball with any questions and also Disha has been personally overlooking my (slowly growing) orders which is always a nice touch. They immediately got back to me when I mistakenly didn’t think I received everything on my order (which I in fact did).
Would definitely recommend using them for sure. Just place a smaller order first to gauge it!

Still waiting for my order
Still waiting for my order – extremely disappointing
I placed an order for 50 pieces of women’s Reebok clothing and unfortunately I’m still waiting for it to even be dispatched.
I’ve contacted the company trying to get an update but haven’t received a proper response. I also reached out through their social media and my comment was deleted rather than my issue being addressed.
What makes it more frustrating is seeing the company actively posting social media content from a warehouse full of stock while customers are waiting for orders and responses.
I was genuinely hoping to find a reliable wholesale supplier that I could build an ongoing relationship with, but based on my experience so far I’m extremely disappointed.
I’ve now reached the point where I’m seeking to recover the money I paid.
I’ll happily update this review if the company resolves the situation.
