Fleek cancelled one of my orders 12 days ago and I am still waiting for a refund. Strangely they’ve issued part of the money (not even 50% of what I’m owed) and in the online chat repeatedly claim to have attached a document that I’m meant to show to my bank - no document has been attached, and why should I need to show anything to my bank - Fleek just need to process the refund properly. Disgraceful customer service.

I placed an order that included deliveries from three different sellers. The first two deliveries were great. Quality products that were in line with the descriptions. The communication was exceptional.

My third delivery wasn’t so smooth, as what I received wasn’t what I ordered. Fleek’s customer service member, Saqib reached out to me directly though and was incredibly helpful. I’ve received a refund and will continue to order from Fleek. Being able to speak to a person rather than getting an automated response is so valuable so hats off to Fleek for that!

I like the fact that you can choose trhough a lot of providers but the app dors kot work very well, it gets stuck etc..

Great service so far. Orders arrived without issues and in the condition they were described. Will be using again!

I placed 2 orders on fleek 1 bundle of lululemon which is excellent quality and 30 pairs of Nike shorts which im still waiting for. There was a small delay in the shipping but quick communication made it easy to work out what had happened. Highly recommend fleek!

I have made a few orders now through fleek app. Quality of what you receive will vary between vendor. Must say overall I am pretty happy.

Customer service has been great. Any queries I have had have been require through online messaging system. It is a person that responds not a bot.

I ordered Christmas Jumpers they were all fantastic quality and delivery was quicker than my usual royal mail parcels. I order various items throughout the year and customer service is always fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Overall i had great experience, the trick is to choose 4.7+ sellers and avoid “reworked” items.

Used to be great now prices have gone insane, and items are usually not the label they say they are … quality is a mixed bag and slow refund process

I have no idea why people are saying this is a good seller. I received t-shirts that are sooooo dirty and smelly that I am scared to open the whole box. After touching a couple of dirty t- shirts I had to wash my hands for 5 minutes. I have never experienced anything like that..... it is absolutely disgusting

Fleek has genuinely made buying bundles so much easier. It saves loads of time, and I really like being able to handpick items or search for an exact bundle so I know exactly what’s coming. Delivery has always been spot‑on for me too. Definitely recommend.

My experience with Fleek is great! Majority of my stock for my reselling business is purchased from here. Especially if your selling a certain niche of clothing there’s plenty of sellers for you to choose from, and my parcels always arrive early!😊
