The best customer support in Netherlands!
I ordered a dining table, it was too small for me so I returned it back. Guys find and ordered for me the bigger size. We were in touch on any stage, they was informing me about order status and responding very quickly. However process was long but I have only positive impressions thanks to perfect work of customer support. Finally received the table, and it completely meets my expectations, so quality is also excellent. I definately suggest this shop!!

For a delivery and the 4th floor and installment a extra service needs to be purchased. I am sorry for the confusion
I did tell you that i was trying to find a sollution but you told me that you would figure it out yourself.
Again i am sorry for your bad experience.

We ordered a coffee table which was nice, but one of the four legs they sent was facing the wrong way. When I called their support they mentioned they would send a replacement leg, but we have not heard from them four months later.

Special furniture, outstanding service
By coincidence we found this amazing shop on internet and visited their store in Amsterdam Noord. The furniture is very special, different from the one in the regular giant furniture stores. We bought a dinnertable and chairs, and were impressed by the good service. We can really recommend this shop.

Very pretty table
Very pretty table, good quality, easy build together. The waiting time was a bit long, but on the end we good a very good table with a very nice wooden tabletop.
