I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

The bed I received does not match the product photos. The pictures clearly show a raised bed frame with space underneath, which was the main reason I bought it. I wanted my cats to be able to go underneath and to make cleaning easier. In reality, the bed is designed to sit directly on the floor.

Before admitting this, customer service insisted that I fully assemble the bed first. I spent more than 4 hours building it, only to be told afterwards that the product was indeed different from what the photos suggested.

To make matters worse, the bed had several manufacturing defects: wrong screws in the hardware pack, a faulty gas spring, legs that don't touch the floor, misaligned holes that prevented assembly, and a poorly machined thread that made one of the bolts unusable.

After all the time and frustration, the only solution offered was to disassemble the entire bed again, wait for them to collect it, and receive a refund once they had it back. No compensation was offered for the misleading product photos, the defective parts, or the hours of wasted work that left me without a bed after moving into a new apartment.

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this product or the way this issue was handled.

I bought the Duna 2 dressoir in beige from meubella. The most important takeaway from the experience is that if you want the furniture, prepare to budget for a handyman. The instructions are very unclear and confusing, I could not have built it myself even though I have experience with building ikea furniture. I hired a handyman couple to build it for me and it took them 5 hours (for fixed price so they were trying to be fast) to build it with the instructions and unlabeled parts. The furniture is nice quality for the price though. It is sturdy, functions well, and the material is nice for the price. The only issue I have with the dressoir itself is that on the website they advertise the doors as beige, and in real life they are fully light grey. I can paint them easily but this shouldn’t be an issue when ordering a product. The wood is perfect though and I love how it looks. So my conclusion is that I would order again, but only if I budgeted for a handyman to build it, and I would honestly never go for anything beige from them again.

Arrived damaged

I ordered a bed from their site a couple weeks ago, carefully picking a date when my partner and I would be home. Instead, it arrived unexpectedly several days earlier, which left us totally unprepared. On top of that, the delivery crew seemed irritated that I wasn’t happy, even though the mix-up wasn’t on me. I have back issues and there was literally nowhere to put it, so I had to really work hard and risking injuring to make it work. I had
Then, to top it off, they sent me a link to report issues, but the page is missing, which just adds fuel to the fire. Honestly, this makes me feel like customer care isn’t a priority for them. At this point, I’m really frustrated, and it’s hard to recommend ordering from them if reliability isn’t guaranteed.

I bought a makeup table, but the assembly instructions show something completely different from the actual product I received. It’s not easy to assemble, and I don’t recommend buying from here.

I have bought a table at meubella, but I really regret it. The direction of the wood grain of the table tops was different. One goes from left to right, the other from top to bottom. But I fixed that with a table cloth. But now, within 4 months, the table has fallen apart. We had to apply extra screws 2 times earlier because the table was not solid and was crooked. And now after 4 months, the table leg has fallen from under the table. It was wasted money!

The delivery was really great; the guys were really nice and helpful! I ordered the Bruno wardrobe, and when I opened the package, there were no assembly instructions, so I'm unable to assemble my wardrobe. Nor are there any assembly instructions online on their site. I contacted Meubella, and first thing in the morning, they sent me the assembly instructions! :)

We initially ordered a sofa that turned out to be too large for our space. The cancellation process was smooth and handled very efficiently. We were able to place a new order right away, and the replacement sofa will be delivered on the exact date we originally wanted. We were very well assisted throughout the process, excellent customer service and clear communication. Highly recommended!

Ordered a cabinet from Meubella for €1199.00.
After delivery, I saw the same cabinet for €799.99 at Home24. After consulting with Meubella, they considered the €400 difference quite reasonable and refused to compromise on it. Therefore, I advise you to look elsewhere before ordering furniture from Meubella; it will save you a lot of money.

Perfect product

Delivery was fast. But the materials of the dresser we bought were really poor. The installation manual was difficult to follow. The materials can break easily, so be careful.

Amazing experience with Meubella. I ordered a side table and it was delivered two days after. I was amazed by how quick everything was processed and the customer experience was amazing. I would highly recommend and would buy again!

We ordered the Dressoir Orvana - Beige - 103 cm and we couldn't be more disappointed. The colour is not beige and not what we expected and even worse two pieces in the box were already split/broken. One part was noticeably glued. Very unfortunate and a bad experience with this company.
