They shut my account down with no warning whatsoever, claiming I was spamming people, when I was just setting up my landing page and welcome e-mail. I hadn't even launched my site when they decided to shut my account down.

Human Better Than Bot
I have found that getting help from the bot is not always helpful, if the question is a bit complex. But often a real human is available after a short wait, and can simplify things quite a bit.
So if the bot's advice seems complicated, don't give up. Ask for a team member.

Bad free plan, no support available.
I have just joined up on the free plan as I am a start up. I have just set up the landing page, a first email and I have popped the qr code on my new fliers and link in my socials. This is a crucial time for me to capture emails.
4 subscribors 2 are me! 1 is a designer helping me and I have 1 real subscriber.
Why are they closing my account for spamming? This is unreal, all the effort I have put into setting something up. And no help here.
Absolutely atrocious. I had read this happened in a different review, but this person imported all their contacts.
Where is the help? And what is the sense behind this? Is it because I am on a free plan?
I wouldn't bother with this company, go find one that gives better support not just a bot deciding your fate with no way of disscussing. That is why I have to write here to hopefully conect with a human. I'm in a predicament now and need to quickly find something else as my socials are just ramping up for my launch :(

Appalling lack of integrity
This company terminated my account almost immediately after I imported subscribers gathered through legitimate Gumroad purchases and downloads, before I had even properly used the platform. What followed was even worse than the termination itself.
Their response included the line: “Please note that this decision is irreversible and further replies to this email will not be reviewed.”
That tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates. Decisions appear to be made through automated systems with little meaningful human review, and once flagged, customers are effectively denied any opportunity to provide context, appeal, or resolve the issue.
A professional company investigates. A competent company communicates. This company simply shuts the door and refuses to engage.
If you value transparency, fair treatment, or actual customer support, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Account terminated for spamming.. myself
While conduncting some testing between my OWN mailboxes, their system concluded that I was cold emailing and spamming... myself!
Support has been 0 help in this and they terminated my account. Their thprough review lasted a few minutes. So no, there are better options on the market. Probably for the best since they seem robotic and not understanding of anything.

Never had any issues with a competitor
Never had any issues with a competitor, but I signed up with MailerLite to save money. Before I even sent my first email to my existing list of 10k subscribers, my account was terminated for violating their terms. Waiting on both a refund and confirmation that all of my information will be deleted effective immediately because their email states it will be kept for 3 years .

Mailerlite is very simple to use whilst still having all the features I need to communicate with my subscribers. Their support is great; fast, friendly and very helpful. If that wasn't enough reason to sign up, they also give us a wonderful not-for-profit discount which we appreciate so much!
