The manager in the Liffey Valley store was extremely helpful, very pleasant and efficient. The replacement item was delivered as promised.

Disliked being handed a device to enter email address. The staff member was nice. Not enough staff though. Always have to look for someone who are always busy

Hello,

I asked customer support to redirect my package within 15 minutes of placing the order. Customer support acknowledged my request and assured me they would confirm either way.

I never received any follow-up, and the package was not redirected. As a result, I never received the order and have since returned to the United States.

Given those facts, I would appreciate a refund or other appropriate resolution.

Great price, definitely cheaper than other online retailers. Super fast delivery, ordered on Friday evening and were in my local store on Saturday morning.
Shop pick up was good, assistant was polite and we were served quickly

Poor customer care and no phone to call. Both agents have been very inappropriate in way they talk to customers borderline being premptive in responses, highly inconsistent at times and this matter should be investigated in lifestylesports operations. Being a routine customer this is so sad to see. How a brand turns from a good brand ro horrendous.

A product setout to last 700 km is gone bad after minimal use and no one cares. I just got an independent assessment for a local shop and they confirmed its damaged and defective.

Giving sideline answers and not confirming actual issue shows lack of knowledge.

On top of that threatening customer to do what ever they can do is next level bullying by a sports brand. I am going to visit a store and see what they say.

The member of staff was very helpful when they didn"t have the colour of jersey i wanted they orded it on line and it arrived the next day.

Staff member we dealt with was pleasant, chatty, friendly and alert. When purchasing the runners he noticed when he checked them at the till that one was junior girls & the other junior ladies. Did not have a pair of junior girl's so he ordered them online and we had them the next day.

Online order a joke. Keeps showing error. Get it sorted lifestyle sports.

Bought a childs hurl in store. It chipped straight away next day after a few touches with a soft 1st touch ball. Didnt even make it to a training session. Brought back straight away but Lifestyle refused any credit or replacement or help as 'its nature of the item' to break. Not after a few touches it shouldn't be. Childs gift voucher used to purchase. He's 9. Gone 32euro up in smoke. Its not fair. Not everyone has money to keep purchasing. I wont darken their doors again. No help. No offer of credit or to contact manufacturer
Useless. And useless hurls. Dont buy murphys hurls or use Lifestyle. Our son plays about 5 sports and we wont be using lifestyle for his sporting goods again. Left completely out of pocket and with no hurl. He had a 2nd hand hurl from age 5 to 9 and that didnt break so its clearly not how he uses it. Bad service.

Excellent next day delivery, runners were too small for my son so I went to Portlaoise store the following morning to exchange sizes, they had next size up but couldn’t exchange or refind because manager was on her break and they didn’t know whether they would be 10 mins or 15 mins!! Asked me to wait an hour but I couldn’t. Awful way to leave two young staff members clearly with very little experience. I drove to Newbridge and the assistant there was extremely helpful and ordered for me to be delivered for the Monday. We didn’t have runners for first day back to school but the following day. Very disappointed with this especially when purchasing a pair of runners that cost €170!!!
