Order several items but delivery poor

Order several items, done of which only arrived a week 5 business days) after ordering then one item was cancelled. There was no update on the last item so I had to contact customer service. Eventually last item arrived 2 weeks later. Too slow and communication poor

Missing item

I ordered three items, only received two and when I called to see where the item missing was I was told it was now out of stock and was sent a refund but when I checked online there was still some in stock.
